3-night minimum stay - Enjoy the view of the Southport Marina from the porches of this vacation condo with private entrance. Visit the shops and explore the waterfront which is a short walk away or relax at the community pool. Enjoy Southport like a Local! - Hello Sunshine is located at 301 Marina View Dr. in the exceptionally quaint town of Southport, NC. This well furnished two story townhome is in view of the Southport Marina and the Intracoastal Waterway.
This property features three bedrooms (all on the second floor with a tv in each bedroom), two full baths and a half bath. giving plenty of space for families. The Master bedroom offers a king bed and private porch. There are two additional bedrooms one with a queen size bed, and the other providing two twin beds. Use of the community pool and backyard are included. There are two assigned parking spots in the rear of the home.
Enjoy truly fresh seafood from many of the local restaurants along the Yacht Basin which is just a short walk from the townhouse. If you are staying for a week or more consider renting a golf cart from Coastal Golf Cart Rentals in Southport. A small dog may be considered, contact property management for more details.

Great Location

This property is located close to the marina, waterfront, and shops. Easy walk to downtown. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything needed for an enjoyable weekend getaway.

Lovely House

This is a lovely property with very nice amenities! Lots of room and has just about everything you would need. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a get away in Southport!

Hello Sunshine

We stayed 5 days with our two adult daughters. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything we needed was supplied. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed exploring Southport. Would definitely recommend.

Great Girl Getaway

Great spot to spend time with a friend catching up and enjoying Southport!! Perfect space and weather. Will definitely be back and recommend. I would only recommend to upgrade bath linens and typically the places I have stayed have nice body wash soap etc, this was what ever was left over from previous renters….good thing I brought my own:)

Quick Weekend Trip

We arrived at Southport Realty to pick up the keys, and everything was ready as promised. Upon entering Hello Sunshine, you could smell that it had been cleaned. Every bathroom, and the kitchen sink, had soap and sanitizer. The bathroom’s were spotless. MBR bed was comfortable. LR area was a little small if you have more than 2-4 people. Kitchen was well equipped, and everything was in good working order. A special thanks to Heather and the Southport Realty team. We accidentally locked ourselves out, but Heather arrived within 30 minutes with a new set of keys. We would rent this home again.

Perfect Getaway

First time to Southport with the grandkids. Wonderful condo, perfect location. Except for a parking glitch, was perfect.

Amazing location and amenities!

Hello Sunshine exceeded our expectation! Spent a long weekend with our 3-16 year olds. It was a perfect location and townhouse had everything we needed. The extras, like soaps in each bathroom were so nice! We loved it!

So close to marina

We loved the overall comfort of this place, and the close proximity to walk to dinners and the view. We found Southport to be so charming, with tasty food, and everyone was so friendly. I would love to come back.
