Renovated ranch home near the Intercostal. 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a large luxury outdoor shower! Linens and towels are included. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking needs. 2 King Beds, 1 Queen and 4 twins in the bunk room. Inside and out dining, fire pit, and grill. Entropy Boat rental is .6 miles down the road. Bikes, surfboards, and kayaks are also available at Entropy! Enjoy your stay!!

Great Location, Gorgeous House renovation

My friends and I love this house and can’t wait to visit again. The house interior has been completely renovated and is super cute and cozy. All of the beds were comfortable to sleep on, fully stocked kitchen, fun outdoor shower and the house is in a perfect location. Close to Wrightsville beach, shopping at Mayfair and Publix but just far enough away from all the busy Wilmington traffic.

Valiant Jhane's Visit

Our stay at this home was the best! This property was well decorated and the yard was well maintained. We had everything we needed to feel as if we were in our own home. The beds were comfortable. The property manager had great communication and cared about making a stay a memorable one. The best part of my stay was the outdoor shower and deck. I would surely stay here. Thank you I. UNCW student move in

We were 2 families, 5 people total moving in our 2 students. The house is easy to find, in a nice quiet neighborhood close to UNCW. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids LOVED the outdoor shower. We are keeping this rental on our list for when we have to go back to Wilmington for all the other UNCW trips we will have in the coming years.

Our stay

The property was perfect for the 3 children and 5 adults we had staying there. 2 king 4 bunk beds and the queen beds were extremely comfortable. We only had 2 issues during our stay. Thw interned was not working and we reset the router and that fixed itself and the refrigerator was not cleaned out when we arrived. The back yard was huge which allowed the small kiddos to run around and burn off some energy. It was also extremely quiet at the house. Other than those small issues this house was perfect for the 2 families with children and a grandmother to sleep and be very comfortable. I would 100% stay again!!!!!

Nice property

We were two families each with two kids, and we fit nicely into this clean, accommodating rental. The layout is nice and the backyard is a bonus. We would stay here again.

Cute House

Pros: Nicely decorated, close to Wrightsville Beach and grocery stores, lots of bedrooms, host was responsive Cons: there was a lot of open food left in the fridge from the last guests, there weren’t enough towels for us to take to the beach but thankfully we brought our own, keurig filter needs to be changed so couldn’t make coffee. Overall, we had a nice stay
