This home has the perfect blend of classic coastal design and luxury finishes. You'll be 2 mins from Mayfaire, restaurants, Breweries & 8 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, we also allow your dogs to join you on your trip!

Enjoy the spacious open kitchen and living area, perfect for entertaining friends and family. And, the show-stopper! The Studio includes a ping pong table and a corn hole game.

Driveway has parking room for a medium size boat and there is a double gate for access to the back yard if you need to park a large boat if you are in the area to fish or just enjoy boating in the Wilmington area.

Beautiful well equipped home! Large yard with fence that is perfect for your fur baby! Clean and beautifully decorated! The location is perfect, being central to many of the awesome things that Wilmington has to offer.The manager and owner are amazing and wanted to assure that our visit was nothing less than perfection!

4.5 stars! The Blue Pelican was a safe, cozy, and clean stay for our small group which included 2 dogs.When we arrived the home had easy onsite parking and was well lit for an evening arrival. The dogs enjoyed a stroll around the clean and well maintained fenced yard. This made caring for them fuss free.The common living area was bright, clean, and modern. The couches were comfy and provided us with a great space to lounge.The bedrooms were nice, complete with extra blankets, side table lighting and ceiling fans. We also appreciated the closet space. The shared bathroom in the main area was a bit odd as it had doors going in and out from both the primary bedroom and the hallway.The bathrooms were clean with spacious sink counter space and drawers for our things. There were plenty of good bath and hand towels. We did wish there were hooks inside the shower to hang our loofahs. Due to our short stay and rainy weather, we didn't get to enjoy the outside studio or lounge space but it was nice to have had the option.The location of the home is close to food and retail but also only about a 20 minute drive to downtown Wilmington.Communication with the owner was helpful and easy. Very responsive.We would recommend The Blue Pelican to others and would stay here again in the future.

This is lovely home. The yard is huge and fantastic for kids and dogs. The studio with ping pong table is an added bonus. Location was ideal for our needs wanting to be close to family and friends that live near the area. The extra touches of nice dishes, towels and linens were appreciated. We will definitely stay here again.

Noah was super welcoming and the house was so pretty! Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 little ones plus 2 little pups. Everything you need is provided. Very convenient location.

The Blue Pelican was the perfect place to stay. Our son got married in Wilmington and the house was centrally located to everything. We enjoyed using the ping pong table in the studio. The privacy fence was great and allowed our dog to be off leash in the back yard. The interior of the house was so cute! We felt at home. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

We loved staying at this home! Our kids were at surf camp in wrightsville beach for the week. This home was conveniently located and was just about 7-10 minutes from the beach. The home was the perfect place to come back to for a relaxing afternoon after a long morning on the beach. Great kitchen for cooking. Our kids loved playing ping pong in the Studio. The bunk room was perfect for them too. The house was really nicely decorated and felt brand new.

Wow wow wow what a great place. I’ve rented many places in different areas and this was the best place ever. You guys thought of everything. The kitchen was amazing . The bathrooms were done up like spa’s . It was like we were in a 5 star hotel. I have never seen a place that had an air conditioned oversized shed. The back yard was screaming for entertainment with such nice furniture and you even thought of having a blackstone. I hope your competition reads this and takes notes. Thank You Thank You!!!

Wonderful Stay — Highly Recommend!

We had a great time at the Blue Pelican Getaway! The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The beds were great, and we especially appreciated how well-stocked and welcoming the space felt. The game room was a fun bonus, perfect for winding down in the evenings.The location was fantastic ,close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish, and the pet-friendly, fenced-in backyard made it even better for our family.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Perfect Location

This property was the perfect location for our visit-close to Mayfair and the beach and downtown. Very clean and huge yard for the dogs-would stay again if we come back!

Wilmington stay

House was perfect for what we needed it for. Very convenient location. Nice, big fenced in backyard. The kitchen could have had a few more things stocked in it if you were wanting to do more cooking in the kitchen while you are there. Had it not have been during Christmas, I would not have really needed anything other then what is already there. All in all, great place to stay!

A Great Getaway in Wilmington

My friends and I stayed at Blue Pelican Getaway for most of a week and had an excellent time. The house was clean and comfortable and offered some great amenities including a Blackstone griddle, smart fridge, and the temperature-controlled studio. Additionally, the house was a convenient distance to virtually anywhere in Wilmington. We encountered an HVAC issue while staying and Noah promptly ensured it was resolved. Highly recommend!

The host was quick to respond after we arrived at the property and the code was not working. We stayed on the phone till they were able to reset the password. There were a few minor things about the property but I asked the host who was honest about it and I would definitely stay again!!!! Love this property and the location.

Blue Pelican Beautiful

We were only in town for three nights but this rental met all our needs. It was all one level which we were looking for to accommodate elderly guests. There were a few stairs into and within the house. The beach was just a short 10 minute drive. The fenced in yard was great for the dog. The owner was easy to reach and helpful. We would stay here again.
