Clean and Comfortable Stay

The property was just as advertised. It was clean and ready to go. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for us for visiting various family members in the area. The neighbors were friendly. (the suggestion I would make is that it would be nice for the kitchen and paper products be stocked a bit better). But - this was a great place and we would stay again. The property manager replied quickly and answered all my questions asked before our arrival.

The condo was really nice and cozy except for the fact that...

The condo was really nice and cozy except for the fact that there were dead roaches and dirty socks under our bed. There was also no hot water, which sucked because it was freezing outside. There was only enough hot water for one person to shower. There were no other problems besides that. Cute place, they even set up a Christmas tree for the holidays

FILTHY. The first night there I walked around barefoot and my feet were black from the filth!!!

Hmmmmm some issues

So the condo is cute and clean. However, there was a toilet problem which the owner repaired. But the shower leaked and dripped loudly the whole time. There was only one drinking glass. Owner did bring 4 more. But I don’t feel we should have to ask. No iron or ironing board available... owner stated another renter dropped the iron.????? I just felt like some necessities weren't available. No dish towels. No regular knives just sharp knives. For the cost of the property we were disappointed . Owner also asked us to walk quietly. He said the downstairs owner said we walk loudly. We weren’t even home the night they complained from 4-11 and the. Went to bed.....

Charlotte getaway

Rental was as described, easy access and communication with The property owner. Only complaint was a leaky bathtub in the bath off the main bedroom. It was noisy and made it more difficult to sleep. We left the bathroom fan on to mask the dripping. The owner did apologize and said it would be fixed before the next rental. Other than this issue the property was fine for its intended purpose. Comfortable beds, nice small living space for a party of 2-4 people.

Dishonest and Unworthy of payment

My sister and I needed a clean, quiet home to eat dinner and sleep soundly while in town for family business. The owner kept our money despite the fact he did not provide environment for needed respite. The owner chose to not address a plumbing problem before OR during our stay, although he was very aware of the leak (he text me AFTER our arrival to Charlotte that it would be fixed next week, long after we were gone). A LARGE water leak in the bedroom kept us guests awake at night and no response from the Owner to compensate for sleepless nights. Noaction was taken when I let him know there were NO drinking glasses in the home. Although he messaged me in VRBO that he was "super responsive" via text, there was NO RESPONSE when I asked for assistance to correct the problem and for compensation. I have reported, via photos and video: mold, cracked paint and water damaged ceilings, dirty vents and LARGE amounts of water-waist to VRBO - These conditions are inexcusable and not worthy of my honest money.

Pineville Stay

My friends and I had a great time at this location! It was clean and perfect size for the four of us. The contactless check in and out was great in order to be Covid- friendly and safe. It was close to the Lightrail which brought us right into Downtown and Southend of Charlotte. Christian also included a binder containing nearby restaurants, bars, and places to visit which we loved. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit!

Comfy stay in south Charlotte

Condo as advertised. Clean and comfy beds and pillows. Didn't realize condo was on second floor but was not an issue for us. Quiet and neighbors.
