Escape to the beauty of Cape San Blas and enjoy a relaxing stay in our charming single-story beach house. Located just a short walk from the Gulf of Mexico with private beach access, our home is the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the Florida coast.

Our spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating families and groups looking for a peaceful beach getaway. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax on the screened-in porch while enjoying the coastal breeze.

Spend your days relaxing on the white sand beaches, swimming in the Gulf, fishing in St. Joe Bay, kayaking, or taking in the unforgettable sunsets Cape San Blas is known for.

We are also pet friendly and welcome up to 2 dogs, so your four-legged family members can enjoy the vacation too.

Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee, exploring the area, or coming back from a day on the water, you will feel right at home.

What a delightful home.! Comfy and spacious bedrooms . Great one level home for a family with teens or little kids. Kitchen and dining area very nice, lots of space. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying time with family..the fenced in backyard was wonderful , we brought our dogs and they loved being outside.

Great overall stay and experience!!

We had a wonderful experience with our trip- the house was extremely clean and furnished with everything we needed. The detached room was perfect for extra sleeping, the screened in porch perfect for rainy days. Check in and check out was easy and convenient but most importantly the owner kept us well informed of details and recommendations, plus made himself very accessible for any questions or needs we had! Definitely recommend! Thank you Manny for making our stay more enjoyable!

Nice home and a beautiful private place.

It is a nicely decorated home. It has everything you need. Backyard is fenced and nice to have for the dogs. Beach and bay access were not what we expected, but we still loved the home. Manny was helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Peaceful stay in cape San Blas

Incredible place! We had a wonderful 5 days in cap San blas. The house was everything we needed for our crew of 7(2adults, 4 teens and dog). Plenty of space with a great backyard. Everything was clean and had plenty of kitchen equipment to grill and cook for all. Not to far from everything and best of all very quiet. Thanks Manny. Hope to see u again soon.

Perfectly Beachy

We had 5 people and one large dog. The beach was a bit of a walk but worth it for the pet friendly home and fenced in backyard. The driveway was large enough for our pontoon boat and two vehicles. Noone had any complaints as it was just perfect for us.

Cape San Blas beach house just perfect!

Everything was as listed. Great access to beach. Bonus was Tommy Bahama beach chairs, wagon, charcoal grill.... Beautiful screened porch with dining, great lighting throughout, hard wood floors with nice rugs. TVs every room, big kitchen, fenced yard for pups. Really nice house. Exceeded our expectations.

Lovely and close to the beach

Property is well cared for and has plenty of room. Good location for access to the bike trail and the bay too Large fenced in yard was great for our standard poodle. Had a couple of minor issues. Reached out to Manny, was super responsive and cared for them quickly so had no impact. enjoyment enjoyment.

Beautiful house

Loved my stay at Manny’s Cape San Blas beach house. The house and property are beautiful and located conveniently between Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas. There is a short walk to the beach that faces Bay San Blas. The walk is through a beautiful neighborhood and everyone is super friendly. I loved that the property is dog-friendly because I love bringing my dog to the beach with me! The house itself is spacious and clean with a large fenced in yard. Manny is a wonderful host and I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place on Cape San Blas!

Florida getaway

Sea y’all at the cape rental was one of the better homes we have stayed in. Check in was smooth and no contact. It was perfect for us (my husband and myself) and our dogs. There’s a fenced in yard and a sliding door right in the ‘master’ bedroom for easy in and out access for potty breaks. Manny was just a text away with any concerns/questions we had regarding the house, and was helpful. The beach was a bit of a walk, but an easy one. The backpack beach chairs (in the shed) were a big plus! We spent hours at the beach each day with the dogs- there is a leash law, so be aware of that. Port St Joe was a great tourist town and had a lot of restaurants and stores, unfortunately, it is not walking distance and requires a car (15 min drive). All and all it was a great vacation!

Location

Loved the house, it was clean and comfortable. Didn't like the laundry in the Pool House with no air conditioning. The walk to the bay and the beach were overgrown with weeds. Too difficult to get to. Some items in the house needed instructions on use, we figured things out but like the garbage disposal (push button on counter top and flip switch under the counter) The temperature in the house wouldn't stay set and would be at 76 degrees and no one had touched it, happened several times. Also can't open the washer unless it is turned on first. So mainly just confusing. But the house was nice and well kept. I won't stay there again only because of the difficulty getting to the beach and the bay.

We truly appreciate your constructive comments about the a/c in the laundry room. Since your stay we had a unit installed for our future guests. In terms of your comments regarding your inability to use certain items, i.e washer, garbage disposal and thermostat- a simple message to us would have clarified proper use and saved you the headache. We know it can be difficult to use new technology, in the future I would urge you to seek help rather than to muddle through something. As far as the beach access, you may have wanted to clarify the location with us, I realize that following directions can be difficult- they are posted as soon as you enter our home. The beach access for our home is a raised boardwalk about a 5 -7 min walk away from our house. It’s upkeep is by our subdivision and not us personally, I will say we walked to the beach today and there were no weeds so I’m not sure where you walked through to get to the beach. Finally, it’s unfortunate that you didn’t communicate any issues with us during your stay where we could have made a difference but chose to voice these concerns after the fact.

The area is known for its wide, flat beaches that are perfect for long walks, beach days, shell collecting, and watching unforgettable sunsets. We love how quiet and laid back the neighborhood feels compared to busier beach destinations, making it the perfect place to truly unwind and enjoy time with family and friends. One of our favorite parts of the area is the incredible wildlife. It’s common to see deer, coastal birds, and other native wildlife throughout the neighborhood, which adds to the peaceful natural setting. The location is also ideal — tucked away enough to feel private and relaxing, while still being convenient to nearby towns and restaurants. We are located about 9 miles from the heart of Port St. Joe and roughly 20 miles from the charming town of Apalachicola, making it easy to explore the best of the area while still enjoying a quiet beach retreat.
