What a phenomenal week. The host had great communication, suggestions, and made this so easy. The view was unbelievable, overall just a great setup for a fantastic week for our family of 6. The pool, the access to the beach, the location in town, the chill time on the balcony…all were perfect catalysts for new memories. Not sure how Mike scheduled the daily dolphins for us, but we loved watching them!We could walk to food, drove a few miles to the grocery store, and used the kitchen in the condo for simple meals. The kitchen is duly appointed and was perfect for our family breakfasts. We ordered pizzas one night and enjoyed sunset and card games here too. The laundry room was very important and we ran multiple loads throughout the week as needed. We absolutely would love to come back to this place, we were not ready to leave! Thank you so much!

We love silver beach towers. It is convenient to everything in Destin. E1501 was the perfect size for our family and had everything we needed to have a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Spacious condo

Condo was well equipped with kitchen essentials and offered breathtaking ocean views. Bathrooms showed some age and could have been maintained better. Overall stay was comfortable and wonderful!

Great condo

Beautiful condo and view. Bring your own beach towels and beach chairs or else you have to rent them daily for beach. Pool has chairs for free.

Family vacation

Silver Beach Towers was perfect! Beautiful, right on the beach. Located in the heart of Destin, close to all the restaurants and activities. Kitchen had everything we needed. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room to be comfortable. Host Michael was available to answer questions through the whole process. Hope to stay there again.

Great Beach Get Away

Silver Beach Towers is a beautiful resort. Our unit was nicely decorated. The four bedrooms were roomy and the entertainment area was big enough for 10 people. The deck views were awesome for seeing the sunrise over the gulf each morning. Our host answered all our inquiries. There were no problems our entire stay. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views!

Michael and Suzanna have been such wonderful hosts! They have been in contact with me since we first booked our stay. Anytime we had questions, they responded quickly. Their condo is so beautiful with gorgeous views of the gulf! The condo was very clean and felt like home away from home. Will definitely be back again!

Perfect place for multiple families

We had an absolutely amazing week in Destin, staying at Silver Beach Towers!! We had 3 families in E1501 and it was perfect. The space, the views, the stocked kitchen. We were right at home. We plan to be back to this very condo year after year. Mike was extremely responsive and informative. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!!!

Great Stay

Check-in was simple. Online communications were adequate. Condo was clean. Enough rooms for 6 adults, 4 kids and 1 infant. Liked the bunk beds. Cover were a little dated and worn. Stop light for exit onto 98 was a plus. Adequate parking for 2 extra cars. Beach service (reservation & access each day) was good. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location. Would stay there again.

Family vaca

The condo and the building itself are nice but could definitely use some updating. The furniture doesn’t really match and lighting needs updated. As far as the kitchen, it has everything that you would need. It all just seems thrown together from a thrift store. Nothing bad but not very luxurious at all. The bathrooms are fine, but they can also use updating as far as the showerheads. Towels seem to be brand new so they were in good shape and also the bedding was nice. I guess our biggest complaint was the fact that you cannot use your own umbrellas or tents on the beach. You have to rent umbrellas and chairs from the condo which was 65 per day for one umbrella and two chairs which is very ridiculous. we had an infant with us and they could not be outside because we could not put our tent up and we were not about to rent an umbrella and two chairs for 65 each day. The pool area was very nice plenty of tables, umbrellas, and chairs never had a problem finding one if you don’t mind being around a bunch of people this is a great place for you to stay. The ocean did not disappoint warm and clear! Soft white sand is so wonderful!

To future guests: please know that the condo has a cozy, eclectic style that some may find charming, while others may prefer a more uniform or modern decor. We're continuously looking at ways to refresh and update the space based on guest feedback. Also important for planning—please note that the beachfront is managed by the building's HOA, and they currently do not allow personal umbrellas or tents. Chair and umbrella rentals are available but may feel costly to some, especially for families with young children. We always recommend checking beach policies ahead of time to avoid surprises. We appreciate all reviews, as they help us improve the experience and set clear expectations for our future guests. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located beachfront stay with great access to the ocean and pool, we’d love to host you.

Wonderful!

I was a little apprehensive about renting this due to the minimal information posted in the description. However, the pictures were beautiful, reviews of the building were great and I decided to take a chance. Everything was AMAZING! There were even more amenities in the condo than I had even hoped for (many we didn’t even use). Some unexpected items were a pack n play, games, sand toys, beach towels and roku TVs. There were ample bath towels and a very well stocked kitchen. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of cleanliness and comfort of the beds. The layout of the condo and bed arrangements were perfect for our needs and obviously the view was spectacular. The building was very well kept and in a nice location. The elevators were fast, the key fobs were very efficient, the hot tub was hot, and the pool was extremely warm (one of them which was plenty). There is no drinking in the pool which was inconvenient, but the staff was really friendly when enforcing it. The included beach service was very nice (make sure you get your code early so that you can make advance reservations at MIDNIGHT on the first day allowed to get the best spot). We had terrible weather so we could only get in the ocean one day but it was beautiful. The only snafu we had was that the front desk claimed they had no room to store our luggage on our check out day. This was terribly inconvenient as we had a very late flight and no rental car and check out is at 11. Just something to know ahead of time and hopefully you will be better prepared than we were!

We were very pleased with the condo the beach view and the location! The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. We were disappointed with the weather (double red flags for most of our stay) and we did not see any dolphins (probably due to the weather) lol. We would definitely book this condo again for any future visits!

Great Condo for Family

Family vacation

This property was one of the nicest condo’s that I have stayed in. It was very clean and roomy. The balcony was huge! We had perfect views of the ocean. The kitchen had everything that you would need. There were 9 of us that stayed here. I highly recommend this condo.

Huge mix up, terrible inconvenience.

Received a phone call an hour before check in from Michael Culp, the host, stating there was a mix up and someone else booked this property—even though we have a confirmation. We were moved to a 3 bedroom condo, my husband and I slept in bunk beds and then we all had to move out a few days later on Labor Day and find another place to stay. My family traveled from Pa and Az, we drove up from Naples and are a Premier Host with VRBO. We would never treat guests this way.

Great unit in great part of Destin

We really enjoyed our stay here. Destin is a great destination. We felt like the location of Silver Beach Towers was perfect. The unit was clean and provided everything we need to have a good stay.
