Kurzer Aufenthalt in Malaga

Wir hatten zum Abschluss unserer Andalusien-Rundreise noch 2 Tage zur Besichtigung in Malaga. Das Stadtzentrum und der Stadtstrand sind fußläufig erreichbar, ca 15 Minuten. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz, 10 Minuten Fußweg entfern kann man kostenfrei parken .Die Wohnung ist geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden, der Kontakt mit Florencia war problemlos.

Todo genial!

Todo genial! La verdad es que mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. Sin duda un apartamento muy interesante en el centro de la ciudad. Dividido en dos zonas (con dos habitaciones en la parte superior y una habitación con salón en la inferior) ha sido toda una experiencia.

Very clean and comfortable

Florencia's place is very clean and comfortable. For a place that is fairly close to centro of the old city it is quiet, except for a few late night revellers returning home once in while, which you would get anywhere. It is easy and quick to walk to the main attractions. It had everything we needed for a one month stay including comfy beds, well equipped kitchen with essentials, a great washing machine, great hot water with good pressure. Florencia was always friendly and hospitable, communication was excellent before and during our stay.

Great location

Great location very close to the old town and most highly rated restaurants. Florencia was very quick in responding to us. The basement bedroom was very cute. My friend really liked it. The bedrooms closer to the main road can be noisy at night so bring some earplugs with you if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise. One of the bedrooms had a dirty rug left on the chair which was a surprise. Generally very good and would recommend!

We liked our stay in Florencia's apartment.

I stayed 10 days with my friend in Florencia's apartment. Place was clean and Florencia was quick to reply if we had any questions. She was kind enough to let us check-in early. I slept in the bedroom next to the street. You could hear if someone was talking outside but usually in the night time it was very quiet. There is also church bell ringing on weekdays at 8 am which woke us up but it doesn't last long and we always slept after that. The shower pressure was great. It took couple of minutes water to warm. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was provided. There were also sunscreen. Kitchen was well equipped. There were also heater/air conditioner in the upstairs rooms. We didn't use the basement room. Apartment is about 16-20 minutes walk from the train station and 5-10 minutes to the city centre. There were bars in front of every window so in case of fire you might get trapped in. All in all we liked our stay in Florencia's apartment.

Nice apartment

Florencia was very nice and responsive. The apartment was spacious! Had plenty of room to roam around and relax. Bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was a great size. There was even a nice little courtyard exclusive to the apartment that you can kick back and relax in. Will definitely look this place up again next time we're in Spain!

Comfortable stay

The host(Florencia)is great, is friendly, very responsive and quick to help.The apartment is very clean,comfortable and spacious. It is centrally located near to everything. We had a great time in Malaga and had a comfortable stay in her apartment.We will be back

Cozy appartment.

Cozy appartment. Located perfectly to the historic center. And still private and not to noizy Area. Go to local Gloria Hoyos, great tapas bar. Just 5 min walk away. Cheap and the Best tapas we found. On the way back. Bye breakfast, bread, cheese etc at the local store. And your holiday is all good started. Florencia welcomes us, though we came late 11pm, and with good communication. I highly recommend this place and host.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Florencia. Elle a été très attentive à nos besoins, en plus d'être une personne adorable et très flexible quant aux horaires d'arrivée et de départ. L'appartement était parfaitement propre et disposait de tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour la totalité de notre séjour, ce qui a été plus qu'appréciable ! Petit bémol cependant en ce qui concerne l'isolation des fenêtres dans les chambres : la rue est relativement bruyante et nous entendons tout... Encore un grand merci à Florencia pour son accueil !

12 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Grosszügige Wohnung mit guter Küche, Waschmaschine und Patio zum Wäsche aufhängen. Nicht die leiseste Wohnung. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wohnung an guter Lage

Grosszügige saubere Wohnung an guter Lage für Stadtbesichtigung und Strand. Einzige Nachteile: Wohnung ist hochparterre und deshalb ist der Strassenverkehr etwas lärmig und die Wohnung eher dunkel mit Einsehbarkeit von der Strasse aus. Zentraler Aufenthaltsraum / Wohnzimmer, Küche gut ausgestattet, Badezimmer gut, zwei Schlafzimmer im Parterre und eines im Souterrain, das über eine recht abenteuerliche Treppe erreichbar ist. Wifi gut.

Excelente ubicación, cerca del centro, pero lo suficientemente apartada como para poder descansar sin ruidos. Casa muy limpia y moderna. Y Florencia muy bien, si tienes alguna duda te responde enseguida. Recomendable 100%

Florencia is welcoming and very amenable

Florencia is welcoming and very amenable, and clearly takes pride in the accommodation she provides. There was a bottle of water in the fridge and other useful commodities such as salt & pepper in the cupboards. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Aircon was much appreciated. Water was exceptionally hot and shower powerful. Florencia has a range of useful tourist leaflets and gave helpful advice. The flat is a 20 minute walk from Malaga Central train station, when pulling suitcases 😊
