Our stay was so convenient! The only thing that bothered us was the fact that we could hear people talking and walking around upstairs until very late in the night. No complaints if we were only younger and didn’t need extra sleep.

Great place to stay!

We were very pleased with our stay. It was clean and provided what we needed for our weekend stay. It was in a great location for us and provided privacy and comfort during a family funeral. It was quiet and the owner was very accommodating. I would stay here again.

Cozy Corner

Aptly named, the Cozy Corner was comfortable and the amenities were perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee bar and the outdoor area. The beds were perfect and our host was attentive and thoughtful. When we make another trip to Sioux Falls, we'll be staying at the Cozy Corner again.
