TREETOP #19 - 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHS (sleeps 8) - BEDDING: Master BR Queen, BR #2 Trundle Bed and a Twin, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Enter through the mudroom, you have a full kitchen and dining room. Towards the back of the unit is your living area with a gas fireplace and a door leading to your deck. Upstairs are the bedrooms. During the summer play, games in the backyard and have a picnic. The townhome has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas fireplace, TVs, DVD/VCD, and a deck with furniture.

NO AIR CONDITIONING.

AMENITIES: Ski in/Ski out, WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Parking on Site, Bike Friendly Lodging, Free Resort Shuttle Service. Within walking distance to The Village at Snowshoe's shops & restaurants. Short distance to the Split Rocks heated pool (additional fee).

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Enjoyable stay

I did enjoy the property. Although, it was a lot smaller than I expected. It does sleep 8 but to have 8 people in there is very tight.

Casago Customer Service is Greatly Lacking...

The fireplace did not work in our unit. I could not get in touch with Casago at the number provided. We were not able to use the fireplace for our stay. Casago customer service was terrible. We loved Showshoe but would not book with Casago again.

Super clean and comfortable

Nice place, very clean. Check in process is simple as they have a door code that they send you in the email. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent place but issues with casago

Decent place to stay but casago missed in several areas and the lack of care or taking care of things was a negative. Everything from double booking in the beginning to the lock not working on the door when we arrived. Their emergency call nunber was a joke and we did not get call back until the next day. Good thing a neighbor had a better way to get ahold of someone. Again no care and very basic responses from them when these things happened. Nothing to make up for it was ever even offered.

Lovely townhouse.

Well appointed and terrific little townhome. I would recommend this spot to my family and friends. Constructive criticism: the mattresses need a refresh. It’s a cheap fix and will go a long way towards making this rental even better.

Fantastic long weekend

Check-in and Check-out was super easy. We loved the location although it was not ski-in ski-out. It was a short 5 minute walk to the Village to access the slopes. The house was clean and well equipped with all the necessities for a weekend get away.

Cozy and clean

Overall was very happy with this rental. Cleanliness is always a top priority for us and this property exceeded expectations. Was extremely clean! Def not ski in/ ski out as advertised. However only a short 5 min walk to the slopes and village. Very happy with this property and will be staying again in the future!

The house was great—clean, plenty of space, everything we needed, and convenient to skiing without being right in the middle of the action. Highly recommend.

Great place

Really enjoyed our stay here. We were able to walk over to the village and ski lifts which was really convenient. Loved that there were plenty of cups, dishes, pots/pans, etc! Nice updated bathrooms. Gas fireplace. We saw a couple deer on the back porch :) My only complaint is the property is listed as pet free yet there was clearly dog hair on the rug, a couple blankets and throw pillows. We are dog people so it didn’t really bother us as everything still felt very clean - but I could see how this may be an issue for people with pet allergies.

Great House, but NOT Ski In/Ski Out

The house itself was fantastic. Spacious, clean, and had all the expected amenities. Our only complaint is the "ski in/ski out" claim. It is a bit of a hike to the slopes (~1/4 mile), and not enough incline to ski down. We had to pop off our gear to get to the closest trail (and this was with plenty of natural snow). Otherwise, the place was great!
