Additionally, it is located on the free city public route, making it easy to explore all that Park City has to offer eliminating the need for a car rental.

This spacious townhome features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a cozy loft bedroom, providing ample space for your group. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed, queen bed, double bed, and twin beds, all complemented by flat-screen TVs for your entertainment. After a day of adventure, unwind in front of the wood-burning fireplace or gather around the dining table that comfortably seats 8 for a delightful meal.

Property is in a good location for access to bus line. While the property is dated, it is clean with large bedrooms, comfortable mattresses, and a very well equipped kitchen for cooking when diners out get to expensive.

Good location

We enjoyed our stay in Park City. Great communication with the management. Although the weather wasn’t warm, the pool was heated and we also enjoyed the hot tub, which was nice. For the price of the place, it was a good stay.

The condo's location is one of the best with close proximity to Fresh Market and other stores. It also is well situated for catching the bus to slopes or waling up, if need be.

Decent clean house with great big kitchen

This rental got the job done and was great for our family of 6. The kitchen was large and good for some cooking. The beds were decent with a foam mattress in the master. There were more than enough pillows.

Park Avenue Hideout was Outstanding

Our family of 7 adults spent 9 great days at the Park Avenue Hideout. The unit was very comfortable for all of us and nicely appointed with all of the amenities we needed during our stay. The bus stop was just steps away which provided easy access to PC mtn, the Canyons and downtown PC. Grocery store was across the street. Great location and perfect for easy access to slopes and shopping.

Our family of 4 found this condo last minute for a spring break ski vacation. It had everything we needed and complimented our two adults and two teens with space and comfort. The garage kept our car out of the elements and we were a 5 minute drive away from Park City Mountain Village. Really enjoyed the hot tubs and fire place. Property management was responsive and answered all of our questions and concerns. Definitely will book again for next spring break.

Fantastic location in Park City, Utah

This is an older property, very well maintained. The location is fantastic! Walk accross the street to full market and Walgreens. Bus shuttles on the main street in front of complex. Easy driving to Canyon Village ski area. Upper Canyon Village georgeous newer ski area, lovely shops and restaurants.

Late family holiday

Our family all met in Park City to make up the holidays together. Very clean with nice added amenities. Greet beds(don’t love the pillows), great furniture to hang out together. It’s very dated if that bothers you. Everything is super clean and the price was amazing, so we were happy to make that concession. Customer service was wonderful and quick. We had a great weekend.
