Good vibes, great lake, and everything your group needs right at your fingertips. Bay Colony 766(Lower) is a laid-back Gull Lake retreat tucked into the beloved Bay Colony community — where the beach is close, the amenities are unbeatable, and every day feels like a vacation should.

The Space
Comfortable, bright, and ready for your crew. Two queen bedrooms — four queens total — each with their own private en-suite bathroom mean everyone has their own space to unwind after a full day on the lake. The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts before a morning paddle to big group dinners, and the in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and stay as long as the lake will let you. With room for up to 8, there's plenty of space to spread out and feel right at home.

Was an amazing little getaway cabin! Super clean and updated! Was in the perfect little neighborhood and was a super easy check in process with communication! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Property

We rented out the lower level of one of the units for Thanksgiving weekend. The view was beautiful and unit was perfect! So pleased with the place we will be back again for sure!

Comfortable and great location

The town house was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was modern, and equipped with everything we needed. We threw some ribeyes on the gas grill that was provided, was probly the best steak ever! We got to check in early, which was so convenient. Beds were comfy and the location was Perfect!!

Beautiful Gull Lake location

Will definitely come back. Very comfy furniture, beds, etc. awesome location on lake. Great management team. They were helpful and extremely friendly. Minnesota nice!

Quick getaway

A winter weekend getaway. A short drive to restaurants and breweries. We were able to snowshoe from the cabin directly onto the lake. The cabin was clean, kitchen nicely equipped, and had a cozy fireplace. It snowed during our stay and the property's parking lot and walkways were cleared a couple times - much appreciated! A great spot to stay.

We loved it. Ultra clean. Great location. Great view. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with utensils, pans, etc. Beds were very comfortable and sheets and blankets were very soft. Fireplace was so very nice for the cool evenings. It was like a second home. We plan to be staying there next year and the year after . . . Thank you and we will be in touch.

Perfect place for us

We had a crew of 6 that stayed. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked great for our situation. The place was very nice, clean and the property was great. They crew enjoyed the beach before heading to work.

オーナー : Gull Lake Beach Resorts

No pets shall be allowed in/on the premises. Detection of a pet will result in removal from the rental and a $150 cleaning fee.
Smoking is not permitted in any Property Management Company properties. If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a minimum $250 charge for excessive cleaning and potentially an additional cleaning fee.
Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.
No house parties, excessive alcohol use or loud noise. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 9am. Any complaints filed with the police will result in expedited eviction.
Tenant is to maintain the property in a safe, clean, sanitary condition.
Dispose of all rubbish and garbage as directed in the check-in instruction.
Do not render inoperable any smoke detectors; they are for your safety.
Guest must use the appropriate parking spaces provided for Property Management Company properties.
