This one bedroom one bathroom efficiency villa has been built for the water-loving work-from-home professional. A professional that wants to be in the heart of everything Dunedin has to offer, yet still, keep a business life going while soaking up Florida's warm sun. The "office" side of the unit is a fully functioning executive space with large granite desk, super high-speed internet, and tons of space for your home office. The "villa" side of the unit is set up as an efficiency unit for water lovers and includes a private dock, waterfront patio, fully furnished and newly renovated kitchen, bathroom, and living space. The glass-room patio includes even more storage areas for all your water toys and fishing gear. The Villa is 2 blocks from the world-famous Pinellas bike trail, one mile from Honeymoon State Park beach, and one mile from beautiful downtown Dunedin with its many cafes, brewpubs, rooftop restaurants, and charm.

My wife and I designed this villa and office as an active space for water lovers and active lifestyle types that want direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, the beautiful downtown of Dunedin, golf, and the Pinellas Trail bike path that is just 2 blocks from the villa and is a contiguous 75 mile loop around the county.
