Exploring Paris

Communication was fantastic! Thankfully I printed out the information provided and was able to use Wi-Fi to contact the owner using WhatsApp to get a new code to enter the suite when we arrived. Once we had that things went smoothly. I'd definitely recommend this to families, couple(s), for a girl's trip. A great location - quiet and public transportation is very close. They had the basics needed to make meals which I very much appreciated.

Efficient stay!

I was in Paris for work, explaining the title. The wifi was top for my evening meetings. The apartment was comfortable although chairs would have been better than stools around the dining table. Sarah was extremely efficient at the beginning to help get settled. Five-minute walk from all commodities including organic grocery stores.

cute hot apartment

I would like to start that the owners are amazing hosts! Great interaction! Apartment is cute and very clean. However, it is very important to note, it is very hot. The apartment is a ground floor apt with the only "window" being a door that opens to the sidewalk of a busy sidewalk. So, basically there is no window to open at night and NO AIR CONDITIONING that works. They have one, but the exhaust vents to the inside, thus making it hotter than not having any air conditioning at all. They need to vent the air conditioner to the outside, but it is not. The apt has a fan, but it just blows 85-90 degree air onto you. I travel around Europe a lot. I understand Euro Heat and lack of A/C, but I would expect to be able to open a window for some fresh air. Again, hosts are great, but people need to know it is going to be HOT. When A/C is vented, life will be much better

Wonderful cozy apartment

Had everything we needed for an exceptional stay. Near restaurants, supermarkets and metro station. Pretty neighborhood garden right down the street. Lovely hosts. Will use again on next visit to Paris.

Great location, Informative Hosts, Needs some Care

The hosts were really informative which made for an easy check in/check out process. The location was good - really easy to get the metro, bus, or tram. There was also good WiFi. Unfortunately, only one of two beds had been set up with bedding for our arrival, but we did manage to find bedclothes to make up the sofa bed ourselves. One key disappointment was that the crockery in the apartment was almost all chipped/cracked/dirty, and a couple of other things throughout the apartment just suggested a little more care/upkeep was needed. A few more pans/cooking items would also be really helpful. The shower also didn't drain very well. Just so other guests know - the toilet was very narrow (almost cupboard like) and there is no door to the bathroom, making it a bit trickier to have privacy for guests who are not a couple. Overall, it was fine, but definitely not as good as our stays at other VRBO properties.

Great place to stay with family.

This place has everything you need and it’s conveniently located near a metro and a the amazing Boulanger Bannette. Sarah was also very helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely appartement, very bright and cosy, conveniently located for south Paris. Close to shopping, subway station and bus and restaurants. Easy and quick service with the host Sarah.

My 13 year old son and I stayed for a week. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Quick walk to the metro and I felt very safe staying here. Would book again.

Stayed in this unit for six nights. This unit is neither luxurious nor cozy. It is on the ground and right next to the elevator. Very noisy. There is no door for the bathroom. Everyone in the bedroom or getting into the unit can see when you are showering.No privacy. No air ventilation in the bathroom/toilet. The bedsheet and pillowcases have hair and stains. The kettle inside is dirty. No hanger in the closet. The closet door is broken, and the facet swings. Contacted the host, fixed the closet door and the bathroom facet quickly, and offered us a bottle of wine and chocolate. Check-in time is strictly 3 pm. I do not recommend it.

Annonce qui manque de précision

Il n’y a pas grand chose à dire sauf que l’appartement est un grand T1 (pas de chambre à part) au RC coincé entre l’avenue Jean Moulin et l’ascenseur, sans fenêtre. Dommage que l’annonce ne le précise pas surtout à ce prix. Bizarre que personne ne l’ai mentionné dans les avis/commentaires.

Familienwochenende in Paris

Wir haben die Unterkunft hauptsächlich nur zum Schlafen genutzt, waren aber von der Sauberkeit und dem problemlosen Check-in angetan. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zunächst waren wir etwas skeptisch, da sich die Wohnung in der Nähe des Aufzugs und zur Straßenseite befindet, aber wir haben wirklich sehr gut geschlafen und uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Wonderfull

We stayed my husband and teenage daughter. We where near the metro, tram and bus stations. It was easy to move accross Paris. Quiet and nice neighborhood. And the host was the best!!! She helped us several times, she was there to help!!! I would definitely stay there again, great host and property!!
