Outstanding Oceanfront Oasis Directly on Beach #8
Discover your slice of paradise in the Florida Keys. This exceptional retreat is your home away from home. Unit #8 is directly on the ocean and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two private patios. One patio is located on the sandy oceanside beach with a second, screened-in patio that overlooks the pool & ocean. Spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful Coco Plum Beach await you from every room.
This unit was completely renovated in 2019. It is clean, comfortable and features a full modern kitchen with Mid-Century Modern furniture and finishes throughout. There are three bedrooms with two bathrooms featuring a king-sized bed in the primary suite along with two queen beds in the other bedrooms. There is a spacious living room and dining area with an open floor plan. This unit is perfect for up to six people.
Wake up in the morning and have your coffee on the ocean-side patio on our
custom-built table or spend time in the screened-in patio that features a dining table for four. This unit has its own private, dedicated wireless internet for fast connection speeds.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy the entire condo in privacy and comfort.
Other things to note
Cocooned in the heart of Coco Plum Beach, your stay in Marathon positions you near unique attractions like the Dolphin Research Center and the Turtle Hospital just a short drive away.
While the condo is a luxurious base, the surrounding area invites exploration. Engage in water sports, discover the only living reef in the Continental US, or venture out for deep-sea fishing. Visit the nearby state parks, Bahia Honda, or Curry Hammock beaches. And if a day trip beckons, Key West's charm is merely 50 miles away.

Royal Plum Club is a beautiful complex located in the heart of the Florida Keys: Marathon. Our condos are quaint, clean and very home-like, it's like staying at the beach house of your aunt or uncle. We aren't fancy and our prices reflect a great value. Our location, right on the ocean with a sandy beach and a large, heated pool is excellent. Around here, we love coffee, sunrises, sand between our toes, ocean breezes and sunsets.
