Maison très bien située. La proximité avec la route peut être cependant un problème pour certains. Tout peut être fait à pied. Plage/courses/restaurants...Le ménage n’était pas génial. Nous l’avons signalé à l’agence qui gère le bien. La maison en elle même, est vraiment bien équipée. Le jardin est magnifique et idéal pour les enfants.

Spacious holiday house near the beach

We rented this spacious house for our yearly family holiday with 2 families. Overall we had a pleasant experience. The main asset of the house is the space. Other things we appreciated, basics like coffee, toilet paper etc. Good beds, quality curtains (you can make the bedrooms really dark), endless books and toys for the kids. And at the same time it also lacked a bit of final touch. We rented a (pricy) house for 10 p. but we only had 6 tacky wine glasses. Old rusty knives. No baking plate in oven etc.. One of the bathrooms is really outdated. The nice garden is south faced. No tree, no umbrella, so we couldn't really use it when the sun was out. There was an umbrella holder, but the owners had locked the umbrella in the garage, which is not a very nice gesture to the guests. We missed a folder with instructions for some things (wifi, television, soup cooker, etc ..) it took us a long time to figure some things out. We didn't know what to do with the trash. Sorted plastic, glass, cardboard and brought it to containers in town. There was a container in front of the house for rest garbage and we left our bags in there. When the lady from the office came for check out she told us to bring those to another place. That was really not very nice because it was really not our fault that we didn't get any instructions. When we said politely that we missed instructions overall, the reply was, oh but there was a folder last year but somebody took it ...
