Thank you for sharing feedback about Grand Caribbean East 305. I’m glad the renovations, furnishings, bed comfort, and AC met your expectations. We appreciate the recommendation and hope to welcome you back.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about Grand Caribbean East 305. We’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We apologize the coffee maker wasn’t working — maintenance has been notified to inspect and repair or replace it. The bathroom being left with trash is unacceptable; housekeeping has been informed and a deep clean and turnover review have been scheduled. We’ve removed the unacceptable cookware and replaced pans as part of a full kitchen inventory check. Missing soap has been addressed and turnover staff have been reminded to restock all essential supplies before each arrival. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention so we can improve future stays. RealJoy Destin

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad the pool met your expectations. We appreciate the feedback on the thermostat — the 70°F setting is in place to protect the HVAC and ensure reliable cooling for all guests, but we’ll review how we communicate that so it’s less off-putting. Also appreciate your suggestion about guest ratings — we’ll pass it along to our team for consideration. We hope to welcome you back to RealJoy Vacations.
