Best location in Seaside!
Last minute change in plans on my end gives someone else this great opportunity to rent my weekly timeshare. Unfortunately the dates can NOT be changed. This is by far the best location in Seaside. The resort is ocean front and is right on the Seaside Promenade. This is walking distance to most everything in Seaside. I even walked to the outlet mall before. The promenade as well as the end of the Lewis and Clark trail turn around is right outside the doors. This is by far my favorite condo of my Worldmark timeshares. The room is assigned when you check in so can't get an actual picture of the exact unit. Pictures attached might differ due to this.
1 bedroom but sleeps 4 due to the murphy bed in the living room, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer and fireplace.

I've been an owner with Worldmark since 1995 and this is one of my favorite resorts. Everything is walking distance and if you want to go for a short drive, there are so many other small touristy towns to visit.
