Welcome to our charming 700 sq. ft., one-bedroom apartment, ideally situated in the highly sought-after Prospector area in central Park City. This unit offers views towards the ski area and provides the perfect base for a couple or a young family.
Recently refreshed in 2025 with new flooring, fresh paint, updated bathroom, all in a clean, simple mountain style, the apartment is bright and airy. The rare summer amenity of air conditioning ensures comfort during any season.
Apartment Highlights.
Living Area: The cozy and clean kitchen is well-supplied for dining in. A brand-new pull-out sofa comfortably accommodates children or an additional adult.
Amenities: The building offers excellent communal amenities, including an all-year-round indoor hot tub area, a seasoal pool and deck with gas grills, a welcoming lobby, and convenient free parking right outside the condo.
Prime Location & Transport.
The location is unbeatable for accessing all that Park City has to offer. The free local bus stops right outside the condo and runs frequently, whisking you to the base of Park City or Deer Valley resorts, Main Street for après ski, shopping, and dining, or the nearest grocery store in minutes.
The neighborhood is vibrant and walkable. You'll find yourself steps away from the famous Rail Trail and numerous hiking/biking opportunities. Enjoy incredible dining options within 150 yards, including Mexican, Indian, Italian, a burger bar, and the acclaimed Freshies seafood bar.

Great Stay

What a comfortable and useful location for my stay! The couch and tv made it easy to relax, but also be productive. The kitchen had all useful appliances and options! The easy and cleanliness made it a great place to stay after a long day!

Comfortable clean and convenient!

Great 1br condo! The living room and bathrooms were recently updated with nice new floors and a fireplace under the tv in the living room. Bed is comfy with great natural light in the br. The express bus is across the street so easy access to PC resorts and downtown. I was able to walk to coffee and restaurants too. Property manager Susie was terrific with communicating before and throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Good value

This condo is a good value with a convenient location. Bus service is a block away. The management company provided helpful instructions for check in and out and quickly responded to an early check in request. There were a few minor maintenance items that need attending to which were shared with the management company.

Best value, location & comfy bed

Looking forward to our next stay here! Super value for the price, a quality of the unit and proximity to Park City resorts. The express bus stop to The mountain is literally across the street; took us just 10 minutes to get there. When we didn’t want to go to Main Street we walked to two of our favorite new restaurants, Sammy’s bistro or the Boneyard & Wine Dive. Jacuzzi on the first floor was wonderful and we also got to have happy hour drinks on the Sheraton patio and enjoy live music which is on the back of the property. Again, great value for the price. Thanks for Susie for being a terrific host!

Top Prospector Square Location

Well equipped modernised condo in a conveniently sighted older complex right on 3 of the Park City bus routes. Super comfortable for a couple or possibly for up to 4 at a pinch. Complex features a spa pool and an outdoor pool (summer only). Skiing at Park City is around a10 min bus trip and Deer Valley around 25 min from the bus stop outside the complex. Main Street is around 15 min by bus.

Good for the price

We were here to ski, and this condo served our lodging needs. It’s not fancy but clean and convenient to the ski shuttle. Thoughtful touches like a boot/mitten dryer and ski racks were a bonus. The property manager was easy to contact with questions. The bed was really comfortable but a little too squeaky for my liking. The unit was not the same as the one pictured, but very similar.

Good spot for a ski weekend

Centrally located in Park City. Short bus rides to Main Street or the slopes. Walking distance to a few restaurants nearby, Fuego Pizzeria was really good. The bed in the bedroom is quite comfortable. Place is perfect for a couple. However if anyone plans to sleep on the futon in the living room, I’d recommend bringing an air mattress instead. There is a metal bar in the futon...fine for sitting and watching TV, not so much for sleeping. I did hear neighbors above every morning, since I was getting up to go to slopes anyways it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall a solid and affordable place to stay for visiting Park City and it’s Ski Resorts!

Cozy condo on prospector

Condo was very nice. Very clean. New sofa sleeper and EXTREMELY comfortable queen bed. Only complaint was that we could here every movement of upstairs neighbors even though they were not very loud. Overall would recommend. Great value for what we paid.

Very Nice Place

The property is in close proximity to everything in town. The amenities are nicely appointed inside, and it was very nice being able to have a full kitchen. Instructions and directions were great and there was not the smallest issue with access or checking in.

Comfortable, well stocked, and great location!

Susie’s property was everything I needed for a 6 week stay in Park City. It was an easy 30 minute walk in to town but also had plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The apartment was super well stocked in terms of kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom supplies. The pool is great for summer and watching sunset from the terrace was lovely. And yay air conditioning! Susie was super on top of anything that came up and I’d definitely recommend a stay here.

I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.
