Pioche Village offers a direct link to the beauty of Deer Valley and the convenience of the new East Village. Luxuriously appointed and steps away from adventure, our Pioche Village studio is your gateway to amazing winter and summer activities in Deer Valley and Park City. Our studio is brand new with a full kitchen, luxurious and comfortable bedding and facility amenities to spare which are all included. Amenities include a private ski locker, designated bike storage, hot tub, multiple gyms and day care facilities, dining and gathering areas and EV chargers.

Jeff and Marcie Harris, owners of Casago Heber, LLC have been operating vacation rentals professionally since 2014 and have hosted over 4000 stays in California and Utah with an overall rating of 4.93 stars. Jeff and Marcie are always available for questions, concierge service and truly wish to provide you with the best experience possible. Regarding cancellations: Casago serves as merchant of record for all VRBO transactions. As such should you need to cancel your reservation and a refund is due to you, your refund will be processed within 24hrs of requesting cancellation and a 5% cancellation charge will be assessed even if you are within the 100% refund period. This 5% fee will be deducted from the amount due back to you when we process your refund. This is because credit card processing fees are non refundable, even to Casago. Please consider this before making your reservation.

The only new affordable ski in/out option built in Deer Valley and Park City in many years. Pioche Village has it all. Super convenient, ski in/out from the Jordanelle Gondola and right down the street from the new Deer Valley East Village Expansion. New summer bike park and activities to be built in the next few years along with numerous restaurants and amenities planned. Pioche village is a modern, swanky place right on the mountain with private ski lockers, assigned indoor bike storage, gym's, gathering spaces and close to everything that makes Deer Valley special.

This is the largest studio unit in the complex at nearly 500sq ft. A full kitchen, luxuriously and professionally appointed, Incredible views of Jordanelle Reservoir, wildlife abounds and fully wheelchair accessible with no stairs required.
