Newly Renovated Condo Walking Distance to Main St

Escape to beautiful Breckenridge at this newly renovated condo with an open floor plan, large stone fireplace, and a walk out balcony with a brand new gas grill and comfortable outdoor furniture. With 1,240 square feet, up to 6 guests can sleep comfortably. Enjoy 2 large bedrooms (king in one and a queen & bunk beds in the second) and 3 full bathrooms. Condo amenities include free WiFi and access to pool and hot tubs. Short walk to Main Street and Quicksilver Ski Lift.

The space
We have a private deck off our unit with comfortable seating and a gas grill. We share a beautiful pool and hot tub with other guests in our complex. This public area for guests is across the street and a short walk from our 2nd floor unit.

Access to the entire unit, laundry room and community pool/hot tub facility (seasonal).

Other things to note
Pack and play is available (please bring your own linens as none are provided). Bath, pool towels and bed linens and light toiletries are provided.

A couple days at Breck

Very comfortable for three of us. Nicely decorated and updated condo. Easy to find. The location was great. Plenty of parking. Parked the truck and never had to move it again. Easy access to the shuttle to Beaver Run lifts. Easy walk to downtown. Would recommend and would rent here again. Thanks for a very nice stay!

Best host ever

The place was great, but Courtney made it even better! She was very helpful and accommodating for our stay. Responded quickly and thoroughly anytime I had a question, both before and during our stay. She took all the worrying out of travelling for us and I couldn't be more impressed with our host! As for the place, I feel like we should have paid a lot more for our stay. The unit is way bigger than the pictures show and the furnishings are all very modern and clean. Beds were comfy and the living area is a perfect size. About a 10min walk to the nearest lift which was a plus. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming up to Breck for a ski trip!

Alot of bang for the buck

This is one of the very few places we have stayed which lives larger than it appears in its photographs. Very well-laid out and spacious. Also extremely well-equipped, including most every appliance you would need. And three full bathrooms, so everyone has there own private space. But best of all, right on the town bus line which drops you right off at the slopes. Can't wait to stay here again.

Great property!

We had a fabulous time at this property. It was very clean and well stocked. The decor and design touches are very nice. Location was great. Owner is very nice and responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Modern and Cozy!

We spent a few nights here during spring break and really enjoyed it. It is very obviously newly renovated, filled with lots of little decor touches that make it feel so put together. Beds were comfy, and the bean bag chair in the living room was a big hit. Location was perfect for walking to the quicksilver lift as well. It really felt like everything was thought of! This is definitely a wonderful place to stay in Breckenridge.

Absolutely Everything

The property was so cute and well decorated. It was so inviting. Just enough space for my friends and I. The cleaning service is on top it! We didn't want to leave. When we come back next year we want to book with you!!!

Great Property

Had a great time staying here with some friends snowboarding. Was a short walk to the quicksilver lift or shuttle picks up right outside also. Good communication with owner would definitely recommend! :)
