Beautifully decorated, 3 bed 3.5 bath two story townhome style beach cottage conveniently located just steps from The Cottages north beach access. Open concept floor plan. Fully equipped kitchen with KitchenAid appliances. The master suite is located on the first floor. Both the living area and master bedroom are open to a screened porch with comfortable seating. Large fenced backyard with paver patio and gas fire pit and gas grill. The second floor offers full laundry and 2 bedrooms each with a private bath and access to the large screened upper balcony. Single car garage. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for guests to use. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and a community fire pit

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three dune crossovers to the sandy area, always accessible for recreation. Main access is near the pool and clubhouse.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, and we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.

Cute cottage great location

Cute cottage had everything we needed. Loved that everyone had their own bathroom great location to beaches shopping and food would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our annual girls beach trip and this cottage had everything we needed. Even though it wasn't an ocean view like we have been getting, it was just as enjoyable and only a few steps away. This cottage was beautiful and comfortable!

Great Family Friendly Property

Location was great. Our 4-year-old enjoyed riding his bike on the quiet cul-de-sac. Pool and clubhouse were great too!

Great quality Furniture, bedding in every room are worth every $$$ we sleep so good. Very well kept, clean and well furnished kitchen made us feel at home. Highly recommend this cottage and will definitely come back and stay here every time we visit our family.

Stay at the cottages

Zero complaints about the cottages. Everyone in my group was very happy with our stay. Only suggestion I would have is to get the pool heated and possibly add a hot tub!

40th Anniversary

The house is really pretty. There is plenty of room and beautiful bathrooms for each bedroom. The neighbors that own their homes around this unit are very friendly, nice people. The unit was very clean and has everything you need to cook a meal if you want to, minus the groceries of course. The Staff is also very friendly and easy to contact. I had an issue keeping the outside fire pit lit and Tad came within minutes to square us away. It's a very nice place and we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

Not the beach access I was expecting

The townhouse is really nice! The porches are great and the pool is really nice. Unfortunately I was disappointed in the beach access. Yes, there is beach access. I just wasn't expecting there to be a break there. So you only have beach at low tide. We had to packing up everything and go to a public beach to get the true beach experience.

Condo at the Cottages

Our friends and we, all seniors, spent three nights at Cottage 72...seemed pretty nearly new construction, very nicely decorated, comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Loved the screen porches on ground floor and upper story. NIce pool within easy walking distance. Had no issues except the starter kit for supplies only gave us 2 dishwasher pods for a three night stay. I understand they are only getting you started with basic supplies but I don't think most people would expect to bring this for shorter stay and it's expensive and a hassle to go get more on Jekyll Island. The property manager rep was very nice though, easy to contact and we had a great time. As the description notes, the beach access is limited by the tide but it is very easy to get to nearby beaches with all tide access, wasn't a problem.

Nats

Last year I rented another property unit in this community. We had a wonderful Time. But this year we renter a different unit and we had nats in the Refrigerator and in the house. It took most of our stay to get rid of the Nats. They bug bombed the house and cleaned. We ended up cleaning every day as the Nates where in the refrigeratorand we found then on the bottom of the frig every morning. I would not stay there again.

The complex was in a good location and people friendly. The home was roomy, clean and, for the most part, well equipped. However, we recommend BYOTs: bring your own towels and toilet paper. Theirs couldn't be any thinner or in short supply. Otherwise, it was a lovely place to share with a few friends.

Jekyll Island vacation for gymnastics

We tried to make the most of the 3 nights we spend on the island. Our only complaint with the property was the toilet paper that was provided. It was not even close to comparable to a $300-$400 a night hotel, but it was an easy fix. The only other complaint was the automatic fireplace. Once it reached a certain temperature it would automatically come on, upon finding the remote and turning it off of auto, it was fixed. Outdoor fireplace, outdoor bed upstairs, both porches out back were screened in. We all loved the high ceilings. Great property all around.

Beautiful property!

We really enjoyed our time on Jekyll Island at The Cottages. Our only wish, is that, for the price that you charge- not having a heated swimming pool or a hot tub was unbelievable. Also, the pool is closed after dark. The property is beautiful, well built, maintanance is exceptional, kitchen is very well equipped. But the pool is a disappointment.

Wonderful property

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and lovely well appointed home. Quiet very well kept neighborhood. Management on property was kind and helpful but reaching them by phone was difficult.
