We are located in the Upper Delaware River Valley on the NY/PA border. You will enjoy staying in our handsomely decorated home built in 1867. Sit on the front porch and take in the sunset as the deer and wild turkeys stroll by, enjoy our private creek that runs along the property, lace up your boots and head to Whitaker’s State Park or soak up the warmth of a fire in the yard. We are only 2 miles away from the West Branch of the Upper Delaware River where you will find the best trout fishing in the nation! Need to pick up groceries ? No problem, Deposit & Hancock, NY are only 15 min away where you will find grocery stores for basic items, gas stations, drug stores, etc. We are also minutes away from the famous Oquaga Lake where the Amazon hit series, “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” was filmed! Charming Historic Home

What a quaint and charming house in this historic part of the country. We were treated to a visit by a family of deer on both days! Jacqueline was so communicative and an excellent hostess! Thanks so much for sharing your house with us!

Beautiful house

We absolutely loved staying here,as soon as we pulled up the deer cam to greet us! It's beautifully decorated, has everything you need.there are a family of 7 deer that live on the property and you see them alot.i would stay here a thousand times over.

Great countryside location

It’s a lovely old house in a beautiful spot, we really enjoyed staying here. Pet friendly, and our pup had a good time too. Location is great for walks. Lovely seeing deer walk past the yard! Nearest grocery store is about 15min by car in Deposit, and if you need a wide selection, might be good to stock up ahead at a larger store. Also note that if you’re planning more extensive cooking, check ahead of time - the kitchen had all the basics, but not some tools like cutting boards or garlic press. Overall a lovely place and Jackie was a great host!
