Family of 4 lives close to the property. I have 2 kids ages 4 and 2. Please let me know if you need any children amenities. The house is my step fathers, he is rarely at the Utah house, but there is a master bedroom and office and living room unavailable. The house has an entire guest suite in the basement. You can access the kitchen upstairs if needed. There will not be anyone staying in the house when you are there!
