Relax and Rejuvenate in the Heart of Kona. Minutes walk to town!

Condominium pool will be closed all of October due to renovations. BBQ’s will be open. Simple 1 bedroom/2 bathroom condo for rent. Sleeps two comfortably but can sleep four. Unit is fully furnished, with two lanai's, washer/dryer, television, Wi-Fi, and 1 garage space parking. Kona Pacific is a clean, non smoking property with access to pool, barbecues, club house w/outdoor Wi-Fi, and outdoor shower.
The Condo is located in the Heart of Kona. Nearby locations are Huggo's on the Rocks, Royal Kona Resort, Laverne's, Bongo Ben's. The trolley stops along Ali'i Drive near condo and takes you to various shops and stores for a fee of $2.00 one way. The condo is a ten minute walk to the finish line of the World Ironman Triathlon. This unit is ideal for spectators and athletes of the triathlon and anyone who likes to be central to town and restaurants.

Perfect place in heart of Kailua Kona

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for my wife and I. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we could need (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc). It was also super quiet even though it's walking distance to the downtown where there's lots of restaurants and shopping.

Fantastic

Great place to stay while on the big island. Very clean and well stocked. Has everything you need. Quiet location, pool is lovely and parking is a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and convenient co do

Great Stay!!!

Place is very clean, open, and quite. The place has everything you would need to enjoy your vacation stay right away. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Great location to a bunch of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Great, terrific condo in Kona

The condo is exceptionally clean and spacious. The main bathroom has a big shower. Much better than my own at home. The apartment is so stocked with everything I thought it was a warehouse for Costco. There were even alcoholic beverages in the refrigerator plus water. The property manager Joe was very attentive and accommodating. We had trouble putting on the TV, we are not technologically inclined but Joe helped walk us through. This is our 4th stay in Kona and this condo is the best. We will return here again. Rhonda S Tucson, AZ

Great place in a great location!

Had a great time on the big island, and this apartment was the perfect place to stay for the visit! Great location, close to the shops and restaurants in downtown Kona, and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay, from beach equipment to enjoy the Hawaiian outdoors, to totes and cooler bags to take to the farmers markets and enjoy the local produce! And the host was extremely communicative about the property and location. Answered all the questions I had before my visit and recommended a lot of places to check out while I was there. I didn't have any issues while I was there that needed addressing, but I'm confident if I did they would have been handled quickly.

Great place in great location

We stayed here for one week and loved the apartment. It was in a great location with plenty of room! We did have an issue with someone parking in our assigned spot but the host responded to messages immediately and took care of the issue. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Clean, quiet, great location!

The condo was exactly as portrayed in the listing. It was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is excellent: walking distance to Ali'i drive, yet removed enough to avoid the crowds and traffic noise. It's easy to get to beaches and other locations both north and south. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, etc. Highly recommend!

Babymoon Getaway

We had a lovely time, the cupboards were well stocked with spices and cooking utensils, and fridge had goodies in it as well! There were tons of extras in the closet like beach chairs and boogie boards so we were able to fully enjoy our stay! The pool was clean and nearly empty our whole stay. Very quiet, we didn't hear our neighbors at all, and parking was a plus! Definitely would come back! For our first time using VRBO we enjoyed the process immensly!

Home away from home

Excellently stocked condo steps from downtown Kailua-Kona. Assigned parking in a garage. Quiet complex. Whatever we thought we needed we found in a cupboard. Boogie boards, Snorkel gear, beach chairs & umbrellas, plentiful towels, pots, pans, even a coffee grinder and french press. Air Conditioning works well and cooled the apartment rapidly whenever we were in it. Listen to the tree frogs and birds at night after the sun goes down. For a traveling couple looking for peace and quiet, this couldn't be better.

Great location and accommodations!

I was here for the Ironman championship. It was so awesome having all of the beach supplies, laundry detergent options, sunscreen and after sun care, even a fridge stocked full of adult beverages! Amazing set up and hosts. I wouldn’t go back to staying at the local hotels (half of my trip this time). This place is great.

Great location, well equipped condo

Great location minutes walk from downtown Kona. Condo is well equipped with beach supply, bicycles, skateboards, etc. Joe was very helpful and gave good recommendations.

Hawaii Vacation Condo

The condo was perfect for us. The owners were very helpful and attentive leading up to our arrival. Great directions and attention to detail to make our stay relaxing and stress free. Entire condo was stocked with everything you need and more! Accommodations were clean and well maintained. It was an amazing stay and would definitely reserve it again for future vacations.

Comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen! We took advantage of the beach activity closet, they had everything you need for the beach- we appreciate the different sized coolers. Surprised and enjoyed a few libations from the fridge! Thanks again.

Close to YWAM campus!

I enjoyed this location because it was close to the YWAM campus where my child was residing. It's also close to Coconut Grove (shopping and eating) and close to Honl's Beach. The condo was clean and the pool area was immaculate. I frequently used the balcony for eating and reading. So thankful I had that great outdoor space. I would stay here again.
