From the moment you enter this charming beach house with wrap around porch, you'll know you've stumbled onto something very special. Tucked away just a few short blocks from the beach, this beach cottage is fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your best beach trip in years!

From early morning walks on the beach, night crabbing, day of play at the beach or watching stunning sunsets, this quintessential beach cottage has it all. All three bedrooms run along back of the home with open living/dining room and well-stocked kitchen and laundry at the front of the house. You'll love the ample parking in the front of the house. Porches on the front and back along with an outdoor sitting area offer plenty of space for the entire family to spread out!

Three bedrooms are generously sized with a queen in the owner's ensuite; full bed in middle bedroom that leads to back porch and the kids bunk room with two sets of bunk beds will surely delight the kids or can easily sleep an entire family. Two full bathrooms (including the owner's ensuite) offer just the right amount of space to fully enjoy a week at the beach!

A two row, street legal golf cart is provided to guests and is perfect for a quick zip to the one of three beach accesses all within 1/2 mile of the house. Fabulous place near beach and great restaurants

A wonderful beach home with everything we needed!

We absolutely loved everything about this beautiful home and its amenities. My kids loved the heated pool and the golf cart. The home was very clean and had everything we needed/wanted. Appreciated the kid friendly plates and cups! The location is excellent, close to restaurants and the beach, and it’s a really quiet friendly neighborhood.There was a Christmas tree up for our late November stay and we really felt so at home. We’ve stayed at so many houses and condos on 30A over the years, and my whole family agree this was our favorite!

Beautiful, clean and perfect location!

We were impressed at how immaculate the property and home were - by far the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in! Excellent location - convenient to the beach and wonderful restaurants yet out of the crowds. Everything we needed was provided and owner was super quick to respond to messages. Wonderful family beach house

This house was great! Loved the bunk room for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes for preparing meals. The porch was spacious and the perfect sunny spot for morning coffee. The location was perfect! It is so close to 30A and the beaches. Having the golf cart to use was fantastic. My youngest son and I had a routine of taking a ride over to the beach every evening to see the stars. Memories were made. We had a wonderful thanksgiving vacation here!

Our family took its first trip to the Gulf of Mexico in July 2020 and were immediately in love with the Emerald Coast, and specifically with the relaxed family feel of Santa Rosa Beach. We were ruined forever! As we were travelling home my husband and I started talking about what it would be like to own a home there. This was always a dream of mine, but never did I ever think it could actually become a reality. Four months later, we were the proud owners of this amazing property and had it ready to welcome guests in January 2020.

Since then we have been absolutely blown away by the positive response from family, friends, and guests who have become our extended family. We welcome you to our home away from home and hope that you love it as much as we do!

As a family of seven, we have worked to carefully curate a home that is comfortable and welcoming to families. If you are looking for a relaxing but fun vacation with you family, we are a great fit for you! A few other reasons that we love our location:

No chain restaurants!
You won't find a McDonald's or Applebee's on 30A. All locally and regionally-owned restaurants and shops.

Close to the action, but far from it all.
If you want to find tons of tourist things to do, you are only 30 minutes from Destin or Panama City beach. Otherwise, chill at the beach and enjoy the peace of 30A.

See the stars. Protect the turtles.
A walk to the beach at night you can see the glow lights of Destin, Miramar, and PCB, but in the middle is low-light 30A. The lack of bright night lights is intentional during sea turtle nesting season, which is April - October.

The people
Both locals and guests are friendly and happy. It's hard to find a happier collection of people. :)
