Great 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom 2nd floor condo on 30A with 5 beach access within 1 mile including Topsail Preserve State Park.

Topsail Village is conveniently located on the quieter West end of 30-A and has the bike path running in front of the development and a community pool.
This well equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental is located a short walk from Dune Allen Beach and Top Sail Preserve. Enjoy the community pool or spend your day on the Emerald Coast full of trips to Baytowne Adventure Zone, Blue Mountain Beach, and more. This condo is located on the famous 30A highway and is a great place to kick your feet up on your private balcony or enjoy a movie night in on the Smart TV.

All linens including blankets and comforters are laundered and sanitized after every stay for your peace of mind.

Snorkelers will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef opened in 2017. It is located 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access and has 4 snorkeling reefs comprising of 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Good location, able to walk to beach access, and also State Park beach. Will bring bicycles next time. Kitchen well-stocked with everything you need, plus beach chairs, TV YouTube and great wifi. Beds were comfy, slept well. One poor-mannered neighbor in complex started playing loud vibrating music at 10p, but one text to host and it stopped in a few mins.

30A Condo

The condo was in the perfect location. It was very easy to get to businesses on 98 as well as the restaurants on 30A. It was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The pool is very close. It is an upstairs condo for those who need a first floor condo. Please note that they change the pool code often.

First trip to Florida

Great spot. In the middle of everything. The only thing that was challenging was that the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable and the dryer didn’t work. They were however very cool about extending our check out time so we could get our clothes dried before leaving. Would definitely return!

Expensive,dirty and no concern for safety.

I reported fleas and a roach in the unit. They sent a reminder for us to take the trash out, even though we paid a cleaning fee. There was thick dust on fan blades in one bedroom, unit was hot and stuffy when we arrived, A/C wasn't on. It rained almost our entire stay and when it was time to leave we were under flash flood conditions and power went off a few times,so I called to find out if we could stay until the weather cleared, the guy said our safety was a top priority, but he had to contact Teresa, I never heard back from anyone, so we left, no safety concern at all. I don't plan on staying again.

Perfect Week on 30A

Great condo close to Destin and other 30 A communities. Quiet condo complex. About a mile to beach access(walkable and bikeable) and 1/2 mile to Topsail State Park. Lots of restaurants close by and geoceries close too.

Perfect and enjoyable stay

Teresa was a perfect hostess and we found the condo sparkingly clean and well appointed, very spacious, in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We had a great time and enjoyed both the beach, the TopSail State park (both at a short walking distance) and the terrific weahter. We will be back.

Truly a great, quiet, and nice place to stay not far from Restaurants, Attractions, and Beaches

The condo was located in such a nice area. The condo was clean and had all the much needed items for a stay in the summertime. Traffic will determine how quickly you will get to your desire location however that can vary from 12 to 30 minutes. Ms Teresa was very nice and a joy to speak with every time I contacted her with questions. This is definitely a place you would want to stay!

Loved out stay!!

This unit was so impeccably clean, comfortable, affordable, and convenient! Within 0.5 miles of the beach, it had a wonderful balcony for morning coffee and reading, and enough room for four adults. This unit definitely needs a mode of transportation to get to restaurants and get groceries even though walmart is about 2 miles away. Great location to explore Destin, Sandestin, and seaside! I would definitely come back and stay here again in the future. The owner was so nice and accommodating, she was very lovely to work with. She had provided helpful links beforehand for rentals. Also there were two beach chairs and a few beach towels there. Thank you again!

When accepting the reservation via AirBnB/VRBO, you agree to the rental agreement terms and "house rules". A signed vacation rental agreement is required by the county. Guest must submit a photocopy of government issue identification as part of booking requirements. This property requires a $500 security deposit by putting a HOLD on the Guest's credit card prior to the arrival date or guest may purchase a damage waiver in the amount of $37. It will be collected separately by the property and instructions will be emailed via a secured link to an online form to authorize and schedule the security deposit.
