Three of us stayed at this cute little condo. The view was absolutely amazing, and it was nice to be close to a couple shops. We enjoyed the pool and the beach everyday. The beach access was super convenient. The only problem we had was an interior door that wouldn’t close properly, but we communicated the issue to the property manager and they were very quick to respond. While we didn’t have it fixed while we there, they did offer to come and check it out. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

Close to everything! The view fantastic!! I can't imagine a better location to stay on 30A for the price, two bathrooms, incredible view, great beach access and all you need in the Gulf place area is walkable. Two adults staying here. Locking the door when you leave is terrible! Be careful and push door to be sure it's locked. It took a lot to lock it when you come and go.

Great location and overall a great stay!This is a fantastic property—very clean with plenty to do nearby. It’s located right across from the beach and within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and shopping. There’s also plenty of parking if you’re driving, which is a big plus.The balcony with an ocean view was a highlight—we spent a lot of time out there when we were in the unit. That said, we were mostly at the beach and the pool. The pool area is well maintained, not overly crowded, and we never had an issue finding chairs.The private beach access is a huge advantage, especially during peak season. The public beach areas get busy, but having two access points and plenty of space made a big difference. Beach chair rentals were also readily available.A couple things to note: storage space is limited. There’s not much room to hang clothes, and overall storage is tight—something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of outfits. The hallway bunk room and bathroom are also on the smaller side, but they work well for younger kids.Overall, I would definitely stay here again—especially as a couple or with younger children. For families with teenagers, the space may feel a bit tight.

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay. The location is perfect, right across the street from three beach access walkways. Can see the water and the sunset from the balcony! Pool was heated, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had the basic essentials. Pecan Jack’s for ice cream was right down the block, and lots of food options were nearby. We loved it!

Wonderful place to vacation

We loved staying here this past week and we didnt want to leave. This is a very good location and the view from the balcony of the ocean was awesome. This place has all the amenties you need and we really liked the fact that it was very close to Destin. Wonderful bike paths so bring your bike if you like to ride. We will definately stay here again!

Great Condo

My wife and I had a great time at the condo in Santa Rosa. We frequent the area often and were not disappointed by our lodging at all. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the 4th level balcony, and the condo was plenty spacious enough for just the two of us with additional room to spare.

Great Place to Stay!

My family recently stayed at this lovely condo. It was everything the owner said it would be and more. We loved the location! You are close to Destin, Seaside and many other great little beach towns. Great view of the Gulf from the balcony! We would definitely recommend this condo! You won't be disappointed!

We enjoyed our stay in this fourth floor unit. View was awesome and beach access is steps from the condo. The bunk area with its own half bath was perfect for our teenagers. Gulf Place is a unique community and we enjoyed strolling the area each evening.

Condo was clean with nice furniture. Location was great—in the middle of everything. No problems finding a parking space. Really enjoyed our 4th floor balcony view of the ocean. Checkin was so easy with the electronic code.

Gulf Place cabanas #410 is an excellent location. Great water view from the deck and easy walk to the beach and shopping areas. A great choice for a couple or family with 2 kids. We would use this one again with no reservations.

Santa Rosa Beach retreat

Lovely unit, lovely area. Beautiful view. Just a bit disappointed the unit doesn't include basic cable, no live football during bowl season and missed the World Cup finals on a cold December weekend at the beach.
