Reminder:
* this is a non-smoking apartment.
* pets allowed upon traveler request and host approval. Dogs must be leashed outside the apartment at all times in accordance with city leash laws. Any damages from pets are the responsibility of traveler.
* Driveway car parking is available. Driveway is sloped and not suited for RV's. HOA rules state that street parking is not allowed overnight.

Guests are required to follow all city ordinances and laws, which include no loud noise ordinance between 10:00pm - 6:00am. The neighbors and neighborhood are very special and we want to maintain a serene and happy environment.
