Welcome to the Emerald Coast! This condo is located in Grand Caribbean West and is beautifully decorated with the beach in mind. Unit 309 is a one bedroom one bath condominium with a king size bed in the master bedroom, hallway bunks and a pull out queen sleeper in the living area. Perfect for family friendly vacations or romantic getaways! The unit has two flat screen TV's. One is located in the living/dining area and one is located in the bedroom. The kitchen has been stocked with all the necessities you will need to prepare meals while you are here. There is also a stack-able washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

Grand Caribbean has a private pool and hot tub for you to enjoy. The pool is heated in the winter months. BBQ grills and picnic tables are beside the pool area. There are several public beach accesses located within walking distance of the condo for you to take advantage of while you are visiting. The condo has 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and some beach toys for you to use during your stay.

Grand Caribbean is conveniently located in a prime area for all activities in Destin and the surrounding areas! There are restaurants, bars, shopping, golf and much much more are right around the corner.

PLEASE NOTE:
Grand Caribbean West does not have an elevator and this condo is located on the 3rd floor of the building. You will have to use the stairs to get to the unit. If you are handicap or have health issues that prohibit you from using stairs this unit is not a good fit for you.

This neighborhood does not allow the primary renters to be under 25. College groups are not allowed. Adults are not allowed to check in anyone under 25 into the property and vacate the premises.

In lieu of a damage deposit, a $59.00 fee is added to every reservation for damage insurance. This policy covers the guest up to $1,500.00. This fee will show up as an admin. fee at check out.
