Luxury one bedroom, full kitchen and glass shower bathroom. Located on the lower level of our new guest house Thevine II (land is next door /adjacent to our main house land Thevine 1). Swimming pool, kayaks, tiki bar, hand made sand beach with beautiful lounge chairs and over the water gazebo.
Lush garden. Boat dock. Nice and large covered porch. Starlink internet. Water reverse Osmosis system & UV. Generator propane for back up for electricity shortage.
**we, owner, have the upper level apartment above and we use it when we come to Exuma. It is never rented **

This place is the definition of a top notch stay. The host, the house, the location, the view, everything was above and beyond our expectation… highly recommend. But please don’t everyone book it at once, let me get my next reservation in first lol

Such a beautiful unit in a stunning location! Had everything we needed for adventures on the water, relaxing in the pool, and cooking/grilling. We have dietary restrictions so we cooked all of our meals and had everything we needed. We had the pleasure of meeting the lovely owners. Very responsive to feedback. The previous guests mentioned that the bed was firm so they asked us if we wanted a mattress topper. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Everything was simply perfect! The views were stunning, the location was fantastic, the amenities were exceptional, and the aesthetic was lovely. We will plan to stay again when just the two of us visit in the future!

Great spot in Exuma. We have been many times and stand in many great places, glad we found another fantastic host with a stunning property.- Grounds: were landscaped like a resort, someone spends a lot of time making this beautiful.- Home: was smaller for TheVinesHouse II, but that is what we wanted this trip.- Outside: Pool was perfect, kayaks great, dock for relaxing and launching, fishing, deck furniture for early mornings and late evening enjoyment.- Overall: Parking, clean, tastefully decorated, all amenities we there for our use, and had ZERO problems.- Area: Moriah harbor was great, turtles, baby sharks (non-biting), fishing, lazy river access, sandy beaches a few minute kayak ride, roads are being paved (no the host fault) and will be perfect soon. Close to grocery, airport, fuel, and overall many beaches close by if you want to trek out or just swim from the property. We would highly recommend this property and hosts adjoining properties to anyone seeking relaxation and a peaceful time which is what Exuma is for.

We booked another trip for next year while still staying at Thevine 2. That says it all, really. The place is perfect for two people. There are a bunch of different outdoor areas, each with fantastic views of the gorgeous water. The area closest to the water with the hammock was perfect for evening cocktails and spotting sea life. We saw sharks, a sting ray, and lots of sea turtles and fish there. Willy the groundskeeper was so friendly ! I recommend doing a boat trip with Drex and a massage with his wife Nitza! Can’t recommend either enough. We made some great meals in the kitchen- really nice higher end appliances. The AED in the laundry room was a thoughtful touch give the limited access to health care on the island. Only cons- the bed was uncomfortable- which could be easily remedied with an optional pillow top to the mattress and some new pillows. Also some extra plastic/glassware to put leftovers in for the fridge. 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay at Thevine house celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We rented a boat for 3 days from Drex (highly recommend this) and used the kayaks/paddle boards the other days. The most spectacular beach was right across from the house! If we ever return, we would definitely stay here again! It was nice to meet Yvon too. Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise!

Romantic anniversary trip

Perfection in paradise! The property was immaculate and beautifully maintained. Felt secluded and very private. View was breathtaking. We met the owner and she was very warm and accommodating. We will be back to stay there again!!!

Relaxing getaway

This little apartment was wonderful and so much better than a hotel. Everything was great. Fantastic location! You must get a boat to see all the little cays and beaches.

A wonderful retreat for exhausted parents!!

Location was very quiet. Great access to park, beaches and lazy river via kayaks. Rented a boat and docked it for a few days. Very well appointed VRBO, we cannot recommend enough for a couples retreat. Fridge was stocked with everything we needed for our stay!

Heaven on earth!

Our experience was excellent. The landscaping around the property made it an incredible private oasis. We enjoyed the amenities included with the property. We took full advantage of the double kayak to explore Moriah Harbour. This a highlight allowing us to see countless aquatic life (lemon sharks, stingrays, turtles and crabs). After lots of time exploring, it was incredible to have the pool to take a quick dip to cool off. We spent many evenings down at the waterfront sitting on the dock just chilling while watching the sun set. Amazing stay!

BEYOND PERFECTION!!!

This place has to be the best place I have e er stayed! From the location to Mrs. Burrows to the absolute most comfortable,, clean and accommodating home! Already planning trip #2 and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Thank you Nathalie for providing such an amazing home!!!
