The Pelican Pad ** It's a year round ocean oasis! **

** It's a year round Ocean Oasis **

Welcome to the Pelican Pad! 5br/3 full baths and lots of wide parking space. There are 4 king size beds + a set of bunk beds - twin over full. This is one of the largest homes in Ocean Lakes and one of the largest lots in Ocean Lakes. Double full covered porches make this home something special. This home is perfect for year round relaxation. We are blessed to have one of the largest homes and homesites in Ocean Lakes resort.

Lots of brand new things: 4 king size beds!, new plank flooring, new oven, new ceiling fans, new outdoor furniture, all new interior paint, gas grill, lighting, sheets, towels, comforters, shower doors, furniture, decorator furnishings, etc. Plus we have many more upgrades soon to be completed! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware and dishes.

There is even a coffee bar set up for anybody who needs that extra shot of goget'em! To get around the resort, we have a great customized raised golf cart that can be rented also.

Under the house is the "outside living room" with comfy furniture, fire table, and a huge 75" HD Smart TV. Nothing is more fun than watching a football game on the 75" outdoor TV. The football players on the TV are almost life size!

To cozy up those chilly winter evenings, we have a brand new den fireplace and a brand new outdoor propane fire table. Cook outs are great with the new gas grill!

If you have never stayed at Ocean Lakes before, then you have missed out for sure! It's 310 acres of fun fun fun with almost a mile of beach front. There is an incredible outdoor water park and an indoor heated pool too! There is so much to see and do in Ocean Lakes!

Complimentary linens, wifi and cable are included for free. There are security cameras on the parking area and the neighborhood has gated 24/7 security.

We are excited to share our beach home with you! All the best memories in life are made when away on vacation with friends and family. We have seen our own children grow up in the blink of an eye so we know it’s important to take time to share the joys of life with those we love. We want The Pelican Pad to be your year round “ocean oasis” vacation home. Here’s to having a delightful time of relaxation and joy. We want your vacation memories to be fantastic!

The house was perfect. Clean and spacious as advertised, no problems whatsoever. Great communication with host.0The campground facilities were not as good. Could only use the water park once because it was overcrowded. Beach was gorgeous but crowded. No sidewalks so walking a dog is difficult because of the traffic

Spring break

Pictures do not do the property justice. Very clean, very updated, and lots of amenities. The property owners are very responsive and helpful.

Buffalo Exodus

Bill and Debbie were the absolute kindest and most attentive hosts! We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties, so we have experienced the gamut of property owners. Incredibly thoughtful and welcoming :-)

The Pelican Pad is super comfy with 4 king size beds and a set of bunk beds twin over full. We have large screen HD Smart TVs throughout in all the bedrooms. Under the house is a too cool "outside living room" with comfy furniture, outdoor propane fire table, and 75" HD Smart TV. Wow... this home will leave you impressed!
