"Deja View" it's all in the name! Our breathtaking beachfront view will have you set in "relax" mode from the moment you step in the door. Our place offers a spacious one bedroom, hall bunks, & queen sleeper for up to 6 guests. Enjoy our heated complex pool, private beach access (+ BEACH SERVICE) with no streets to cross! The central Destin location to shops, restaurants, and nightlife can't be beat. We just know that the stunning sunrises & sunsets will have you feeling that "Deja View" time and time again!

“Deja View” has time and time again had guests in awe from the moment they step in the door, captivating you with stunning unobstructed emerald water & sugar sand views!

*KEY FEATURES*
-Located in the iconic Crystal Beach neighborhood within the Crystal Sands community. Quiet & Family friendly, unlike a large & overpopulated hotel!
-PRIVATE beach access with a brand new walkway directly behind our building. Out your front door to your toes in the sand in less time than you can say "Grab my sunglasses!"
-COMPLIMENTARY Beach service for TWO! Kick back on the two beach chairs and umbrella provided exclusively for our guests.
-One seasonally heated community pool, in a nice shaded area, available year round.
-Freshly remodeled to bring out a coastal vibe with whitewashed wood ceilings, brand new HVAC, fresh paint, and new Roku enabled TVs with cable provided for guests.
-Both elevator & stairway access, so a great fit for those with tiny travelers or mobility issues!

*BEDROOMS*
Our one bedroom is located shortly down the hallway, located to the right when entering the condo. It's complete with a comfortable King bed, SmartTv with Roku & cable provided, dresser, and a sound machine for light sleepers to use. Guests will have direct access to the hallway, and to the attached bathroom. The bathroom offers a closet for luggage storage, or hanging items as needed.

One open concept twin bunk bed is built into our hallway, shortly past the bedroom. There's also a small area under the bottom bunk to slide a suitcase or two to keep them tucked away, if needed. This area is perfect for the kids, or any extra friends that joined along on your trip!

*BATHROOM*
Our one and half "Jack & Jill style" bathroom offers a separate toilet & vanity area for both the master bedroom, and the hallway. The two "half bath" entry ways both join in the middle at the shower & jetted tub room. This layout makes getting ready a breeze, especially for those who need privacy for multiple members of your group.
We provide bath towels, washcloths, small courtesy soaps (please bring any additional amenities needed), and a hair dryer for guest use during your stay. Guests can access the bathroom with a hallway door, or directly from the bedroom.

*LIVING AREA & KITCHEN*
Our living room area is cozy with a reclining reading chair, and couch for seating. The couch opens up into a queen sized commercial sleeper (where additional guests can sleep, with pillows and linens provided.) We have a 65" SmartTV with cable for your enjoyment, perfect for those that enjoy being able to login to their own media & catch up on their favorite Netflix or Hulu show while relaxing after a long beach day.

Our kitchen and dining area has an open layout to the living room. We offer a full kitchen stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and more! Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker (with a provided re-useable filter) or a Keurig machine. Enjoy sitting together for meals around the bistro table with seating for 2, or gathering at the breakfast bar for a quick bite with seating for 4.

A stackable washer and dryer is offered in the condo, in the bathroom tub & shower room. An ironing board & iron are provided for guest use as well.

*OUTDOOR SPACE & AMENITIES*
Your favorite spot will certainly be on the private balcony that can be found right through the sliding floor to ceiling glass doors off the living room. Here you can have a bite to eat at our 4 person high top table, or sip your beverage of choice in the sun lounger, all while catching some absolutely breathtaking views of the most beautiful emerald water you've ever seen!

The community pool is located at the front of the building. Rest assured that you'll be able to enjoy a swim without crowds of people, as the pool is gated with a code for guests of this complex only. There is a community bathroom available as well, so no extra trips upstairs are necessary while you're enjoying these amenities!

The private gated beach access is steps away, located directly behind your complex building-no streets to cross, or crowds to battle against. We offer complimentary Beach Service for Two (Two chairs, One Umbrella). Shower off all the sand before coming back inside, with easily accessible outdoor showers right on the breezeway.

If you arrive early & want to sit poolside or beachside while you wait for your check in, just reach out for an access code!

*TINY TRAVELERS*
As a family-friendly location we're happy to offer a pack & play, high chair (booster seat style), and plastic cups/plates/bowls/silverware for guest use, that are always at the listing & free of charge!

We are always available for our guests anytime before and during your trip. It is highly encouraged to read our listing in detail for any questions about the space, location, and amenities. We ask, please, for NO text message communication as you will not receive a response. Our strong preference is communication directly through your booking platform so that we have all the details of your trip to make assisting you a breeze.
If you're a first time traveler, please access your guest portal for ease of access to your trip details & communication.
For more immediate needs and emergencies please place a phone call to Matthew (and be sure to know the logistics of your trip such as the dates and location). We can be reached most times of the day, but ask for no late night contact-we will do our absolute best to take care of any needs and questions as soon as they arise!

A few important things to keep in mind:
-Check in time is 4PM CST and checkout time is 10AM CST. These times are important to note, as we can not guarantee any flexibility in arrival or departure as it depends on many factors that are beyond our control (i.e. condition of the home at previous guest departure, maintenance needed, cleaning, guests departing or arriving the same day, seasonality, etc.)
-Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, & laundry soap).We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (ziplocs, foil etc) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items.
If you have a trip longer than 24 hours, or are coming with a larger group please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay.
-All linens are provided for your stay. We do provide beach towels for guests to use poolside or at the beach, as we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces. Any other beach/pool items are not provided or guaranteed.
-Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our community. Towing fees issued from the HOA do apply to any violation of this.
-Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.
-We do not host student groups/groups under age 25 at any time. If you book, and it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate eviction with no refund provided.

We always recommend bringing a vehicle to get around during your stay. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Uber & Lyft are popular in our area for ride sharing, and SHIPT or Instacart are great for grocery delivery. Beach Liquors (locally owned) offers alcohol delivery as well!

We can be contacted anytime through the platform messaging, although late night messages may be replied to during normal business hours. Please download the app for ease of communication. We ask for NO text messages, and if a phone call is placed please know the details of your location and trip so that we can best assist.

PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation fees will be charged as
follows: All cancellations will have a credit card processing fee
withheld from the refunded amount. This amount will vary
based on the total of your reservation total. Damage protection
insurance and travel insurance plus appropriate taxes are not
refundable. If the cancellation occurs 31 to 90 days prior to
the check in date, the Rental Deposit will be retained. If the
cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival, the full rental
amount will be retained. This is agreed to when booking our property, and is non-negotiable.
-PLEASE READ OUR HOUSE RULES ENTIRELY BEFORE BOOKING-

-We regret that we are unable to accommodate any early check in unless we have communicated otherwise the day of your arrival. Please review all messages sent prior to your stay, and travel accordingly to arrive anytime after 4pm (Central Standard Time).
-We do not rent to student groups/under age 25 at any time.
-We are not pet friendly at any time, our HOA does not permit pets.
-Checkout time is 10am and any guests or belongings on property after 10am will be subjected to an additional days and cleaning fee charge. Late checkout is not permitted.

Great condo right in the ocean- Cozy & quaint
The sunrises & sunsets were incredible. Two bathrooms, king bed, nice sized living room space with a recliner!!! With a husband who is 6’5 and has chronic back issues, comfy furniture is a must. It was nice to have a recliner for him to relax in while visiting this lovely home!

great condo
The condo was clean, nicely decorated and correspondence with the owners was spot on. Only down fall is dont go to the beach the week after Easter, there were tons of college students everywhere and not well behaving kids. Highly recommend condo for relaxation and convenience to retail, restaurants .
