The Space:

Amenities abound at SunDestin Beach resort - some include outdoor pools to enjoy the sun without the sand in our outdoor hot tub, And a gift shop to grab souvenirs for everyone back home! Additional seasonal amenities include a splash pad perfect for kids, beach chairs, and umbrella rentals (for an extra fee). SunDestin has a 24-hour front desk where the Scenic Stays team is always available for anything you need.



SunDestin 505 is an updated one-bedroom condo with breathtaking views of the waters of the gulf. When you walk into the condo, you’ll pass the bedroom and two bathrooms- one full and one half. A fully equipped kitchen is located at the end of the hall with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. An open concept living and dining room offers seating for four at the bar and a comfortable sofa and armchairs. Enjoy the flatscreen TV with a DVD player in the living room at the end of a day exploring the Destin area. Outside, the balcony has seating for two and is the best spot to enjoy the views of the Emerald Coast. With a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area and a king-sized bed in the master, there’s enough room for up to four guests in this condo.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
