With a variety of exciting on-site amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort is sure to become your vacation go-to for years to come. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool as well as an outdoor hot tub. Exercise in the fitness room, pick up a souvenir from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a movie night. The gorgeous conference room boasts a gorgeous space for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, along with beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).



Upon entering SunDestin 601, you will be greeted with a spacious, open layout, gorgeous updated décor, as well as sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom boast relaxing spaces to unwind after an action-packed beach day, each with a mounted flat-screen television. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower for added convenience. The gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, ideal for making your favorite home-cooked meals. The dining table offers seating up to six guests and there are two additional bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar. In the spacious living room, a flat-screen television with a DVD player and comfortable seating will be your family’s new relaxation spot for movie nights in, or after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.



The balcony provides seating for four, ideal for sipping coffee while taking in the warm gulf breeze. This lovely two-bedroom vacation rental features cozy sleeping options for up to seven guests with a large king bed in the master bedroom, a double bed and twin bed in the guest bedroom, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With picturesque views of the gorgeous beaches and a truly at-home atmosphere, SunDestin 601 is a vacationer’s paradise.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant, and outdoor pools.



During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
