CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Ready for a little rest and relaxation? We’re ready for you at SunDestin Beach Resort, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in beautiful Destin, FL! Upon arrival, you’ll note all the amenities within your reach. A gift shop is located on-site and you’ll find plenty of meeting space available for special events or business meetings. Exercise enthusiasts will love the outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated seasonally), and fitness facility. Take advantage of the steam room and sauna and be sure to check out the outdoor hot tub! Everyone in your party will enjoy the outdoor tiki bar and complimentary DVD rentals. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available for an additional fee. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk.

SunDestin Unit 0501 is a bright, cheerful, two-bedroom condo accommodating up to six people. This unit boasts a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom with twin beds, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and two bathrooms. You’ll find flat screen TV’s in both bedrooms as well as the living room and a stackable washer-dryer conveniently located in the fully-appointed kitchen. Enjoy meals and snacks at the dining table with seating for six or take it out on the balcony.

Grab a meal, do some shopping and check out the view at the Destin Harbor, a five minute drive from SunDestin Beach Resort or spend the day in the sun at nearby Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
