The Space:

Welcome to the SunDestin Beach Resort by Scenic Stays, the premier condominium in the heart of Destin situated on a private beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! The onsite Scenic Stays team at SunDestin looks forward to welcoming you to your next beach vacation at our 24-hour front desk. The experience of a lifetime awaits! SunDestin Beach Resort features expansive onsite amenities including a newly renovated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), workout facility, event/meeting space, gift shop, complimentary DVD rentals and much more!



Upon entry to SunDestin Unit 1505, you are greeted by a fully appointed, well stocked kitchen for home cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for 4 guests and a relaxing sofa and armchair set after a long day at the beach and pool. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald waters welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for two. Your family will love that there is a washer and dryer directly inside the unit for ease of use. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets directly overlooking the beach!



Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. Enjoy the flat panel televisions located in the living room and bedroom both equipped with DVD players. DVD rentals are available in the lobby directly across from the gift shop!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

The condo itself was very nice and clean. Beautiful view of the water. The Resort as a whole was under renovation and I hope they really fix it up because it needs it. The outside pool area especially.

Outstanding place to stay

WE really enjoyed our stay, only thing I didn't like was the Couch, it was very uncomfortable, cushions will not stay in place, since it is a pull-out bed, maybe something is wrong with the frame, but it was almost impossible to sat on and watch TV. The room was excellent, very clean, service was great, check in and out was a breeze. This was my first time with Scenic Stays, I will be back

I stayed in a one bedroom condo for 3 nights, and had a balcony facing the ocean... what a dream! 5 min walk to the beach, beach service, nearby restaurants, store on site with everything you need (freezer food, liquor, beach needs, etc), kind front desk, kitchen stocked with supplies. I'm so glad I found this place because I will be coming back for years! So ideal in every way. Next time, I'm staying longer.

Getaway

The location was very convenient. The view from the balcony was amazing. The unit was very nice and clean. However, the outside A/C unit is on the balcony which reduces sitting space, is noisy and creates additional heat, which in such a small area was not ideal. The bedroom window has a light colored window shade and no curtain, which allows light from the complex to shine in at night.
