Conveniently located in the heart of historic Provincetown, this third-floor studio loft is ideal for a solo trip or a romantic escapade with your significant other. It has plenty of skylights that allow great sunlight into your retreat, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats four, a balcony with two chairs, a comfortable queen bed, and free WiFi. The Provincetown Monument can be seen beautifully through a skylight within the home.

What's nearby:
The main draw of this studio is its location right in the heart of town, walking distance (0.2 of a mile) from the Provincetown Pier. Adventures are endless here! Book a whale watching tour or rent a bike to explore this charming town. Get out on the water with a fishing tour through Lighthouse Charters. The Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum, which commemorates the Mayflower landing, is a must-see for first-timers. There's no shortage of dining options nearby. Even if you're a picky eater, you'll find something that will rock your world!

This loft has an exterior deck entrance that is steep. Please watch your step.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Almost none of the windows had coverings - including the front door, which is mostly glass. So any sense of privacy (or any chance of sleeping past sunrise) was impossible. No coffee. No duvet on the comforter. No parking. 2/3 of the dining table is inaccessible because of the steep/low ceiling, and the furniture is cheap and uncomfortable.If you’re going to charge such absurdly high rates, (even for Ptown…), I’d expect much better.

Amazing location right in the center of PTown with an amazing view of the Monument. Property was immaculately clean. Stairs up to its attic location are not for the faint of heart… but make for a great work out!

A perfect location for enjoying the party atmosphere that is P-Town. Whilst only one street away from the action, it remains very quiet in the property.

Everything was great. Loved all the extra little touches and decor. Comfortable bed and pillows were major plus. It was a little hard to find as the house sits behind another building and you need to access through a parking lot on side street. The lighting in bathroom wasn’t great. Glad I brought a travel mirror I could use near the skylight for doing makeup. Location was Perfect, short walk from Ferry.

Great location

Great location off of commercial kinda in the center of town …but tucked back a bit so you don’t hear all the noise. Adorable decoration…. Super clean… VERY comfortable bed! Great shower pressure!!! Wish we could have stayed longer. Place is on the third floor so you must be mobile to get to it. But truly a lovely place and I will def return!
