This sun-kissed, oceanfront getaway is ready to be your home away from home at the north end of Jacó Beach in lovely Costa Rica. Ideal for couples and families, this sparkling, single-level apartment overlooks the complex pools and sits just a few hundred feet from the sand. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cookware and utensils to make it easy to prepare cost-saving meals at home. Dine together indoors at the table for six or al fresco on your furnished balcony while you catch some of the area's famous sunsets. Guests will also have access to a shared complex pool and adjacent children's pool for the little ones in your group.

With a prime, beachfront location, this apartment makes it easy to relax as well as take part in popular activities such as surfing, sunbathing, and anything else you can think of. Days of adventure await when you book an ecotour through one of the local companies. Great Place!

This condo was as advertised. Great location with guarded gate, quiet area, amazing pool, and great view of the ocean! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice spot on the beach

Nice spot on the beach for our family of 6. Gated security was excellent, property was in good condition for a beachfront location with some years on it. Not the property owner’s fault at all, but it is next to a construction site that begins work at 6am - not ideal for kids that need to sleep. Overall, 4/5.

Good stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this facility on Jaco Beach. We felt safe as its gated entry with security 24/7. During the days this area feels very safe as well. Even during the night it's just locals around - and they rely on tourists so seem to treat them well. At least this was our experience. The most unfortunate thing for us on this stay was the workers (on the next property over) started working at 6am each day. This included jack hammering and was VERY loud, woke us all up everyday. This won't last forever though so at some point this won't be an issue but did impact our trip/kids sleep schedule - would have been nice if they could have attempted to sleep until 7 or 8am. One cabinet wouldn't latch and we shared that on day 1, and 7 days later it had never been fixed which was strange so we had to keep a chair in front of it for the whole trip so we didn't run into it. Overall we had a great experience and we would go back.

Renter Beware

Upon arrival to our condo late in the evening there were zero parking spots on the property. We were asked to park our rental car in a driveway only to have someone knock on our door in the middle of the night (1am) to require us to move the car. Upon opening up the refrigerator, we were suprised to find broken door shelves and we also noticed that there wasn't a lock for the sliding patio doors by the dining table. I messages Roger (property Manager) about both of these items and someone stopped to take a look then said they would return. NO ONE RETURNED and our condo was unsecure all week long. I was so worried about our passports disappearing! Another awesome was that the personal safe in the room was not functional (surprise, surprise) The beds are hard as rocks, they do not supply you with enough towels and they only gave us 3 rolls of toilet paper for 9 days. I will also note that if you want the condo cleaned that you have to pay extra for that and they do not supply any chairs for the beach. In fact you have to pay 20-50 dollars a day for lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Upon my return to the United states I started receiving messages from this company telling me that they were going to charge me for the broken fridge shelves, then another emails stating that they wanted to charge me for dirty towels and to clean the condo after my departure. I am totally disappointed and will never use this company to rent from again!

The parking lot is very big and no other issues have been reported by previous guests. Our housekeeping and maintenance team will work on addressing your concerns and improving the home for our future guests. Please note that we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your time with us. We confirm that no charges have been made after your stay. We hope we can have another chance to impress you in the future!

Lovely Vacation Property - Poor Vacasa Management

The most concerning thing about the unit were sliding glass doors that did not have a lock, which made us fell a bit unsafe. In January of this year, I read a review of the property that noted this problem and that the guest attempted to get it addressed during their stay. By the end of February, when we visited, it still had not been fixed, and our attempts to get Vacasa to address this issue also failed. The until and complex are just as pictured and well maintained (although there is some wear and tear showing in the unit). Security, landscapers and cleaning people were ever present. The pool area is large and never seemed too crowded (although people did save chairs starting very early in the morning, even though that is against the rules). The beach is wide and long with few people. The sunsets are impressive You can walk about 2.5 miles to the south end of the beach. The complex is quiet. Next door is a hotel/bar/restaurant called Clarita's, and there are a couple of local-ish establishments just down the street. It's about a half mile walk to the main drag in Jaco, which did not seem safe to walk at night. It's easy and inexpensive to get a taxi. We took a taxi to a large grocery store on the main street that had everything we needed. Note that if you plan on cooking in the unit, they do not have anything to store leftovers. Beach chairs would be a really nice addition to the unit. Upon arrival we notified Vacasa that the sliding glass door did not lock and made us feel unsafe, and also that the lint catcher in the dryer was broken and that there was something on the wall and dresser in one of the bedrooms. In fact, one of my towels was ruined in the dryer as a result of the broken lint catcher. Vacasa acknowledged my complaints and apologized, but never actually did anything to get these issues fixed during our stay. In fact, we never actually spoke to or saw anyone from Vacasa while we were at the unit. We really enjoyed the condo. But I am not sure that we would stay again if Vacasa continues to manage the property.

Great place!

Roger, the manager, was amazing. I left Jaco Beach heading back to San Jose to fly back to the United States. I got to San Jose and realized I forgot to get my passport and credit cards out the safe inside the condo. Roger made sure they were sent to my hotel in San Jose The next day. The condo we stayed in was beautiful and all the beds were very comfortable. This is definitely one place I would invest in and purchase a condo at!

Great place

Friendly and family place for your vacation

Great place, fantastic for big families, we are a family of 5, so it was just perfect! The place was very clean and now nice, pool was perfect for the kids and the beach was great for nice sunsets and a good run! Roger, our local contact was very kind, he was in touch with us, making sure everything was as expected and that nothing else was needed from our end, also he provide us with solid support and outstanding customer service by helping us to arrange our rental times and availability with our “working from home” schedule! Nice condo

This is a large 3br condo located on the north part of the beach in Jaco. If you prefer the north end then this place is great. Very nice unit, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Would recommend more info regarding how to use TV, garbage sites locations etc, other then that nice unit.
