Villa on the River

Step into the grand entrance of the Villa on the River, you’ll see it was designed for large & intimate family gatherings. The open river views lead you to the ground floor bedrooms, bathrooms, a chef’s dream kitchen and more. Sit and chat in the many seating areas. Enjoy a beverage in the enclosed garden area. Watch the boats go by from any location. The view alone is worth the visit.

As you explore the second level of the Villa, you’ll be pleased at all the sleeping space, bathrooms, & outdoor upper deck lounging. Don’t stop there, the cupola is calling! Take in the panoramic views and gaming that the cupola offers.

Let’s not forget about the 2 pools! 1 shallow and 1 deep are connected by 2 underwater swim-throughs, a one of a kind feature you will be sure to tell your friends about! The deep end of the pool will have you screaming “cannonballlll” while the little ones splash around on pool floats and noodles. And don’t forget the 2 sun shelves shaded by umbrellas for basking in the water with a drink in hand, and underwater LED lights for an unforgettable night swim. *The pools are NOT Heated, but there is a hot tub that can be used.

Guest access
The whole house is yours to enjoy. We do keep a locked owners suite for ourselves when we are in town. But we'd never be there when guests are present.

Other things to note
The beach is a 15 minute walk, but you can also drive your car onto the beach by paying a small fee at one of the ramps.

We have a fully stocked kitchen, so everything is at your disposal. For example, there is a roaster, instant pot, 2 ovens, baking sheets, you name it, we have it for you.

We also provide many other amenities so you don't have to pack up everything from your homes. For example, there are beach towels, toys, umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes, hair dryers, tea and coffee, ice maker, electric kettle and so much more. Just ask if you have need more details.
