Important Information: For those with children, this is a public driveable beach. There is a lifeguard station in view of the backyard which is a HUGE location bonus and makes this a perfect house for those with children or large groups.

BBQ and Firepit available, just need 2 week advance notice. Per city, county & state ordiance, Firepits can only be used November through April. Firepit is for use "on" the actual sand at the beach. Note: Summer kitchen is winterized/shutdown from September - January. I small portable is available during this period upon advanced request.

*Gym room has a Peloton bike, weights, stretcher, yoga mats, smart TV, etc.

**We used the finest materials on everything. Linen curtains, wool rugs, bamboo/cotton sheets, premium mattresses, lush cotton towels, designated beach towels, etc. Each bathroom is stocked with shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, lotion, cotton balls, cotton swabs, cotton pads, makeup towels, etc. The high-end furniture selections (indoor & outdoor) includes Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Frontgate and Ballard Designs, etc. Everything, EVERYTHING is washed after every guest via a residence cleaning service and a private laundry service.
