This fabulous beachfront property can sleep 14 with 5 bedrooms - 1 king bed and 4 queen beds, 3 full "spa-inspired" bathrooms (master has bathtub and triple showers - all showers have built in benches), also 2 cozy living rooms with 2 sofa beds and 1 EZ bed. (FYI, the 5th bedroom is transitioned to a fitness room but a "Frontgate" branded EZ bed (queen) can be added upon advanced request.) The Fitness room has a Peloton, weights, stretcher, etc.

Guests can take advantage of the superior amenities, built-in patio with custom cushions for entertaining and private 24/7/365 Atlantic Ocean access and unobstructed views to see the sunrises and an elevated view of the sunsets. Lots of parking.

Important Information: Everything is new. This is not your old musty, moldy typical Shabby Chic beach house. We used the finest materials on everything. Linen curtains, wool rugs, bamboo sheets, cotton towels, etc. Each bathroom is stocked with cotton balls, cotton swabs, etc. Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn furniture. Everything is washed in Persil laundry detergent, quality toiletries, and we provide Harry & David coffees and Bigelow teas.
