We loved the location! Just a short walk across the street to the beach! Close the the Cortez bridge and marina for easy dining and getting off the Island easily! Very clean and outfitted with all we needed! Having beach chairs in good condition was a real plus! The courtyard is so well kept and we used the grill and ate outside! We had a great stay!!!!!

I had a lovely time at the Grouper. The house was easily marked The Grouper and easy parking! The apartment is as advertised. Perfect and beachy!!!All local places for food, eating out, clothing, are a short drive. The drive to Anna Maria Island is less than 3 minutes. I hope to visit again real soon. I want to stay here whenever possible.

Clean place. Comfortable bed. Easy to access. Great experience. Only downside is that it took a lot longer to get on to Anna Maria Island than expected due to traffic, but the stay itself was great!

The place was clean, great location. They have everything you need in the place except for shampoo. Independent entrance, a cute patio for outside meals and quiet and enjoyable neighborhood.

If you don't mind being off the beaten path, this is an incredible find, just minutes from the island beaches. Neat, clean and nicely appointed efficiency apartment. Parking in front of your unit with a side patio with grill and equipped with TVs and comfortable bedding. It was our first time with VRBO and no hassle registration with clear instructions for entry made this a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely come back!

Couple of issues when we first got there, but once the host found out about it, she resolved it very quickly and was very responsive. Great location this time of year the traffic to get on the beach was horrendous so you have to plan accordingly to beat the traffic overall great little place close to the beach beaches and for the price absolutely worth it! We hope to be back soon.

We had a great stay. Nice accommodations suitable for our needs. Clean. Modern. Close to Santa Maria Island and the beach! Found a couple of great restaurants close by. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit. Quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again! Reasonably priced.

Very easy check-in, great location. It was very clean and much larger than we expected! The screened porch was very nice also! The only down was that the pullout couch was not comfortable at all. But everything else exceeded our expectations!

Amenities, the couch needs to be replaced painful to sit on, the gas grill did not work, warm water never got hot, a pancake griddle is not a 2 burner hot plate. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable, the outside area was a plus.
