Needs HOT water

Hot water heater turned off/Eco mode both days of rental. NO HOT WATER for an hour after turned on. This is not acceptable. -Curtain in kitchen could be cleaned. White marks are possibly paint of food at an unknown substance. - Kitchen clock battery needs to be replaced - Smoke detector not in ceiling bracket but on a shelf near the floor in kitchen (unknown if it is operating) - Outlet to the left of one of the beds is lose and will not accept a plug - Did unplug wall scents before arrival for my fragrance allergy! - Clean upon arrival (except kitchen curtain) - Chic decor and good use of space

Aufenthalt in Paris

Bei unserer Ankunft vor der Wohnung wurden wir nett und freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sauber sowie nett und praktisch eingerichtet. Da die Wohnung in einem Innenhof liegt drang vom Lärm der Stadt und der belebten Rue Saint-Denis, auch bei offenen Fenster, so gut wie nichts in die Wohnung. Im Untergeschoss der Wohnung stehen zwei Doppelbetten, oben ein ausklappbares Sofa. Wir konnten dort überall gut schlafen. Wir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt Tagestemperaturen von über 30° C in der Stadt. Leider, und das ist der einzig wirklich negative Punkt an der Wohnung, können die Schlafräume im Untergeschoss nur schlecht belüftet bzw. gekühlt werden. Zur Linderung des Problems stehen Ventilatoren bereit. Fazit: Die Wohnung bot uns, trotz kleinerer Mängel, für eine Woche einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

El apartamento estaba muy bien pero hay que destacar que la mampara de uno de los baños estaba rota y la calefacción del otro baño era un peligro, el radiador sin enchufe, estaba directamente enchufado con los cables. No había wifi. El barrio era muy céntrico pero mucha inmigración.

Paris Vacation

Good place and very convenient to the Metro to get to all places. Within walking distance to market and plenty of restaurants within 10 minute walk. Great communication with owner.
