The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURlogy Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

THINGS TO KNOW
All Oceana Resort properties are equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 9.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Quiet, clean, and perfect for our getaway.

We enjoyed our stay! Overall it was perfect for what we needed for kids and our pets. Beds were comfortable, grounds and rooms were clean, and everything advertised is what we experienced. We will definitely be back and recommend to others!

Decent Myrtle Beach location.

Great value

It was directly on the beach with great views. The proximity to shops and restaurants was great as well. The condo was well-equipped and the staff were friendly and helpful. Give me the beach and I’m happy.

Great stay overall

We loved it here. The security was great however, all the numbers were a bit hard to remember for the locks but im glad to have that security. I just wish the keypads werent so sensitive to the timing. The only other issue was that the pools were way too cold. I think people would enjoy the pools more if they were heated. At least September thru may.

Renter Beware!

Ocean convenience

Easily sleeps 8. Right on the Ocean. Amazing views. Super convenient to the beach - 2 minute walk. Easy chair and umbrella rental from the lifeguards right on the beach at the condo. Friendly staff. Limited kitchen supplies, but the fridge and the oven were full sized.

Beautiful but needs to be looked over.

Beautiful room and views. Moldy dish sponge. Uncomfortable sofa bed but other beds were nice. Not enough blankets for each bed. Awful elevator experience. So many people not enough elevators, waiting over 25 minutes for my family to get down stairs.

The property was really nice. Loved the large hot tub. The room looked clean until I went to bed. When I pulled back the covers, I found dirt in the bed. The sheets were not changed from the previous occupant. Ruined the whole stay for me.

Could have stayed longer!

Stayed for my husband’s 50th. We absolutely loved the two balconies. It was pet friendly which was awesome and we cooked a lot in the kitchen. Could have used a few more pans, salt and pepper, sharper knives and sugar for coffee. The master has its own coffee maker, fridge, full bath and balcony. Our sons stayed in 2nd room with flat screen TV, and my friend on the Murphy bed in living room. I did not give 5 stars because it is a little dated. Could use paint and some touch up on the walls but other than that this place worked great for us and wished we could of stayed longer!

Not exactly as advertised….

This condo is in inside a building that is a resort so you are staying with lots of other people who have come to a resort. The building is very old and run down and so is the inside of the condo itself. It needs some TLC. Floors are bad, paint is bad. The kitchen does not have much in it to cook with. The beds were nice and the view is amazing. Great location. 3stars at most. I will not stay again. Not as nice as I had thought it would be.

Very Happy

After reading reviews and driving up at the resort, I was so afraid I would regret booking here. (Not the best part of town) But I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of 922/924. The building itself is older and isn’t fancy or modern but its elevators worked, didn’t smell bad, of course there were a few times I smelled weed aroma but I can’t think of anywhere I’ve been lately that I haven’t smelled it. The dressers are old and scuffed but I don’t put my clothes in there anyway soooo. Had LVP everywhere except the kitchen which was tile. Kitchen was all that was needed for a spring break stay. The bathrooms were clean and smelled nice and fresh. The king bedroom tub has some spots that looks as though someone used a cleaner not meant for the finish but it was clean from top to bottom(yes I looked) I saw a lot of comments about the ac not working but I can’t speak on that. It was pretty cool during my trip so ac wasn’t an issue. All in all I’ll say this, the place had plenty of room, very clean and staff was very very nice. I would definitely stay here again

Great condo, but the sheets were dirty

Nice view from the balcony, huge hot tub. Everything was great until I went to bed. I got in and thought the sheets were really rough. I got up and pulled back the covers and found dirt in the bed. The sheets hadn’t been changed from the last people. It was gross and ruined my trip

Our unit overall was under stocked and run down. The bathroom in the king room was not in good shape. Holes in the walls and paint chipping. The kitchen was under stocked. We didn’t even have a pizza cutter or cutting board. The view was great and compared to other people in our group staying in other rooms, ours was the cleanest. The hotel allows dogs, which is fine, however there was dog pee all over the halls and elevators. The hot tub, pools and beach access were all great.

Great ocean view needs some updates

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. We had 7 people total (3 full grown teenagers included, so basically 7 adults). The good: for a condo they had a lot of kitchen necessities, the view from the master and then also from the living room balcony was awesome, w/7 people we never felt crowded, washer/dryer in unit was helpful, staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to bring out fur baby and she was allowed on beach before 10am and after 5pm, full sized appliances, ice machine in room worked well and made ice quickly, water pressure in showers were good, large indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, nice shower outdoor to wash off sand, never had to wait long for the elevator, beds were comfortable, trash shoot on each floor, ice machine worked well (even though it was on a different floor), there was enough room to put an air mattress in the bedroom with two beds ( because none of the teenagers wanted to sleep together), you could exchange your towels whenever you needed (but you can’t take them to the beach); the bad: there are no pool/beach towels, the sofa bed wouldn’t pull out and we called and they were quick to come look at it but it wasn’t fixable therefore my daughter had to sleep on the couch during our stay ( but they had ordered one and it arrived the night before we left), the kitchen sink was slow to drain and we had to call twice for them to come plunge it ( ideally they should put some draino in it), if you have weaker individuals with you the sliding glass door can be tricky to open from the outside, there’s not much cabinet space but we used the decorative shelves as a pantry in the living room, the smoke detector is touchy (went off a few times while making toast or cooking on stove or oven), needs a baking sheet in kitchen (I ended up buying some disposable ones) kitchen also needs pizza cutter and new knives (they were really dull), kitchen faucet is loose and came off at one point (needs fixed or replaced), the condo definitely has normal everyday wear and tear from frequent use, the last day we did see a cockroach (but just the last day-didn’t see any other bugs). It would be nice if they had beach chairs in the condo but they were only $11/chair/day, Long story short it’s a great beach condo and we had a great time with a few inconveniences. I would 100 % stay here again.
