There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 8.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spacious 2 Bedroom, oceanfront with dog

Our family had a great time at ocean zpark. We’ve stayed here several times in the past and appreciate the property upgrades since last here. Love being able to take our dog as well. A few minor repairs were needed but they were handled quickly by the maintenance team.

The wall bed sheets were horrible , and the top of the fridge was dirty. One of the tubs lacked a mat, while the other had a dirty one. The unit with queen beds, a bathroom, and a toilet could have been cleaner. Additionally, the couch was covered in stains. We had to purchase bedding for the wall bed and mats for the tubs. Had to notify management to clean pools.

Great vacatinal rental on the beach

We enjoyed our stay . Location is great right on the beach. Indoor pool is warmer than outdoor gear for the kids. Outdoor hot tub is much better that indoors. Beach was clean . Close to many restaurants and attractions. Great for a family of 6: 2 adult 2 teens and 2 little ones. Kitchen is equipped with enough plates,cups, utensils and pots . Kitchen appliances, washer and dryer are in good working conditions. Very spacious apartment we were very comfortable didn't encounter any issues except for wifi connection. Would rent again and highly recommend.

Was not what we expected and not in a good way

This stay wasn't bad, but the 10 digit code to get into the room was a little ridiculous seeing how every time we left our code would stop working and we would have to go down to the desk to get a new code. Also the fact that you had to take your own dirty towels downstairs to get new ones was a little bit much. And also, the master room had cockroaches that we seen a few times and they had no hot water to take a shower.

Misleading

This property was not at all why I expected. It was a decent place but very dirty and in need of a lot of repairs. The mgmt company was very quick to respond and offer to get it attended to, but I chose not to as to not upset any of the employees for our stay. I thought this was a condo. It’s a converted hotel and we had adjoining rooms that were converted. The Murphy bed was a good addition but behind it was filthy and had chipping paint. My computer was on the bedroom dresser and each morning I woke up to drywall dust all over it and the dresser from something in the sealing either burrowing through or cracking. Won’t rebook but it wasn’t horrible. A. Was to beach with a wagon was a hassle but doable.

Nasty Place

we used to love coming to Ocean Park we could bring our dogs it was clean everything was in order. We have been using this facility for 20 years but of course due to Covid we could not come back for a couple years. This visit was a disaster there was roaches crawling on the wall and floor of the bedroom. The air conditioner unit was broke in he bedroom. About broke my toe on the broken tile in the kitchen. The sad part was nothing was done till Monday we checked in on Saturday. The GM did come and talk to me but we paid 3600 for a double unit that looked like a No Star rated hotel the manager did have someone come spray but in the other reviews I read which I wish I would of read prior stated the same issues so they knew and just let people burn up and sleep with roaches it should if been taken care of. Our Murphy bed had the same mattress cover on for I do not know how long it had stains and paint all over it they just kept putting a cover over it when asked for a new one the housekeeper looked at me like I was crazy she said they don’t have any so who knows how long it’s been on there that’s sick and dirty. The inside pool is suppose to be heated but it was very cold and the outside hot tub was cold that’s some main reasons we always come here. So just beware of unit 822/824 it’s gross and if you talk to the GM (Stephen Madert) about compensation he gets kinda pissy we got 236 back we should of got back a lot more so they lost a lifetime loyal customer. Had to pick a star to submit the review but it’s a ZERO STAR HOTEL

3 stars ONLY because staff was friendly but bed was horrible and doesn’t seem to have been replaced in 10-20 years felt like sleeping on a blimp with middle of bed significantly higher than sides, bathroom wasn’t probably cleaned (there was pubic hair on toilet seat and feces) good thing I brought my cleaning kit which includes gloves even though I shouldn’t have to clean my supposed to be cleaned room on vacation, my dog found a ball left behind by previous vacationers behind couch so it wasn’t pulled out, and hotel only has 1 set of elevators which take what seems like forever when you’re taking anxious pups to potty.

Dated, worn out and infested

The people working at this hotel were very nice and friendly but thats where the good ends. The facility is old, tired, and dated. We were with a group on a baseball trip and many of us had roaches in our rooms. I didn't have hot water for a shower 4 out of 6 days. If you are ok with all of the above for a value price this might be your place, but it is not up to snuff and I am shocked to see so many good reviews about it. I honestly have to think they are fake. Will see if this actually gets posted.

Perfect for Us

The room combo was exactly what we needed. Everyone fit comfortably with room for a pack n play too. Our dog had to come out of necessity and was also comfortable (special thanks to the A/C units)!

Just wasn’t what I expected

Upon arrival of the property there were many flaws in the property. Broken floor tiles, a refrigerator door that was held on by double-sided tape, a king size mattress that did not have a boxspring and was put together as a bed frame with lattice fencing, the locks on the sliding glass doors Were very poorly put on, the safe and non-working order, there was no cleaning supplies but a broom and room service was not supplied unless I would like to pay an extra cost, the lock on the main door needed to be put on four days after arrival. It just was not what was expected with the amount of money spent for the property.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was good. There was a mix up in communication. I was told at check in that we had a 11:00 check out time. When we started to check out at 11:00 I was met in the hallway by someone from housekeeping who proceeded to reprimand me for checking out at 11;00 and when I told him that I was told we had a 11;00 check out time he said that was not true and we were suppose to be out by 10:00. When I went to the front desk to check out I informed the person working there what I had been told and he said he would check into that. I even showed him the message I recieved stating my check out time and he said it was a mistake but it was ok. Communication is the key. Otherwise a great stay.

Amazing stay

We loved how dog friendly it was. They have an amazing pool, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The floors in our room were dirty so bring some room shoes to wear but everything else was so clean! Beds were to firm for me but the pillows were amazing.

comfy stay

one suggestion only would be get better curtains (black out) for bedrooms. other than windows not having adequate covering for privacy and to block out lights it was a great stay

Best get away

We had the best time at this property. It was so convenient and easy to access. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tubs and pools, both inside and outside. The beds were comfy and the place was so clean. It had a little bit of everything we needed. Several memories were made and we are looking at booking next year :)
