Welcome to Topsy's Trailer!

Soak in the newly installed four-person hot tub in the famous WNC mountains. Topsy's Trailer is located in Arden, only 15-20 minutes from downtown Asheville, breweries, hiking, Blue Ridge Parkway, waterfalls, Biltmore Estate, restaurants, shopping, wineries, grocery stores, and much more.

It has been fully renovated inside with hardwood floors, new luxury comfy beds, super fast/reliable WiFi, streaming TVs, a Weber gas grill, two covered decks, easy flat road access (no 4WD needed), plenty of parking, and close to everything that is Asheville. Small dogs are okay, and a fee will apply.


THE SPACE
The home offers a large sectional American-made sofa, fabulous eclectic furniture, a queen-size vibrating/tilting bed, a washer/dryer, two covered decks, hardwood floors, a large walk-in shower, a warm feel throughout, a Weber gas grill, and is dog-friendly.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full access to the house and grounds.

Quiet hours after dark.

No smoking, vaping, or candles.

You must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property.

DOG RULES
A dog fee applies for ONE dog, plus all applicable taxes. Maximum of ONE dog with prior approval. Dogs under 50 lbs. The size and breed of your dog are needed to register them. Please note that you are bringing your dog when making your reservation.

1. No puppies - Dog must be at least ONE YEAR OLD
2. No attack or aggressive breeds of dogs are allowed
3. Must have all shots and flea treatments that are up to date
4. Must always be on a leash and under the control of the owner
5. Must NOT sleep on beds, couches, or chairs
6. You must clean up after your dog and do not flush poop down the toilet
7. A dog fee will be charged for the extra cleaning required
8. Sorry, no cats

We love dogs, and we are happy to host your well-behaved dog.

Our host Ron was very welcoming. Instructions for this property were very easy to understand. I have never stayed at such a clean place. The bed was very comfortable, the hot tub was so relaxing, and it was warm and cozy. Definitely five stars and will be back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay. I especially enjoyed the Albino squirrel ( I named him Al lol) he became my obsession to get a picture ( he was very illusive) Topsy' Trailer has everything you would need. My only suggestion would be maybe some throws for the cool nights. Other than that, we had a great time. Thank you

Nice for a weekend getaway

The property was very clean and extremely well kept. It has everything you need in terms of dishware, pots, and appliances. The one criticism I have is it is not totally private, it is located in a neighborhood and the neighbors are very close.

Lovely place to stay

We enjoyed our stay, the front porch is where we spent our mornings drinking our coffee. There was a white squirrel we enjoyed watching, as well as grey squirrel and chipmunks. Plenty of birds in the trees. It is close enough to all the shopping and restaurants.We will definitely be back.

More Than Just Trailer

The "trailer" was by far one of the nicest and well appointed places we have rented. We were only there overnight so we did not take advantage of all the home had to offer. But the kitchen had every pot, pan, dishes, utensil you could ever need. We are major coffee snobs so we were not fans of the Keurig coffee system. When we arrived the home was the perfect temp with these fans with their separate remotes. The heating and cooling is digitally controlled and easy to set to your comfort level. The bedside lamps were unique and digital but for some reason they would not function in the morning. They seemed to have some sort of sensor that turned them off. All in all a very pleasant stay in a beautiful and very quiet setting.

Great space

Topsy's Trailer made for a great weekend getaway for my wife and I. Super clean, smartly renovated, and a great location. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet yet close to shopping and restaurants in Arden. 12 Bones Smokehouse & Brewery only a few miles away, and Sierra Nevada an easy drive to neighboring Mills River. Loved the new hot tub and gas grill. A nice alternative to the hustle and bustle of downtown Asheville (yet it's only a 15 minute drive). No bear sighting but we did see two white squirrels and enjoyed the greenway in neighboring Fletcher's Bill Moore Community Park (8 minutes away).

Cozy, clean, and comfortable get away

I stayed here for four nights with my mom to have a girls weekend get away, visit the Biltmore, and explore asheville. From the moment we pulled into the drive way we were in love with this sweet little trailer! Very clean and cozy! We were very happy to find that we had everything we needed to make a quick cup of coffee upon arrival! Keurig, cream and sugar already there! (It was a life saver!) The property manager was easy to get a hold of and helpful with our needs. Highly recommend!
