The property was well-maintained and in a great location. The condo was very clean and cozy with plenty of space for a larger group. The balcony was really enjoyable to have lunch on or just enjoy the boats or dolphins going by. Overall, would recommend!

We booked this property to stay for my daughter’s cheer comp at the Wharf. The listing is very accurate, and the condo was clean and in good shape for the most part. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location with beautiful sights

This was a friend trip for 8 educators. We had plenty of room to sleep and spread out. The bathrooms were rather small compared to everything else. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

the dryer doesn’t work well, the lights in the dining room don’t work, the ladders on the bunk beds were broken so the kids had to find alternate ways to get up/down. but overall it was great!

Enjoyed our vacation here.

The condo was very nice and well equipped. Great location. The 3rd room with extra beds is why we chose this one. The balcony chairs were bad shape, not comfortable and 2 chairs unable to use. It’s important to have nice comfortable seating on balcony as that’s why we stay at a place on beach with ocean view. Other than the balcony seating the condo was great. Thank you.

Beautiful condo and great location. Beds very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Only complaint is the condo had not been cleaned by the time we checked in. Called the property manager and she had a crew there in less than 15 minutes! They were fast and friendly. Gulf Shores had an out of the ordinary hail storm the night before we arrived-over 100 cars were damaged, so I’m cutting them some slack. Will definitely be back

Family vacay

The property has an amazing view! The space was plenty big for the 10 of us. We spent most of the time in the pool or on the beach, but we loved the balcony. The unit itself could use a little TLC. The dishwasher was a little worn. TV in the main bedroom, we couldn’t get it to turn on. The dryer took a long time to dry things. That being said, we still had a wonderful trip and will probably vacation there again.

Family vacation

I had my 2 teenage boys with me and my mom. We had a blast! The room was not completely clean, but nothing to call and complain about. The floors still jad some sand on them making them very slippery. The master shower had some long hairs in the drain. But i usually clean bathrooms once i get there cause i do not do germs. I know it is not the fault of the owners, or phoenix east. However, i would probably choose a different room due to better views for the same price. I would only stay at that end of the condo if it had much cheaper rates.

great condo group(phoenix east) horrible condo!

first let me start by saying my family and i have stayed at various condos at this location for years. and in all that time i have never come across a condo as filthy as this one. At check end when we first entered the condo, the kitchen was dirty...sand on the dining chairs...the coffee pot had old coffee grounds and coffee on the front. The beds were not made. The quilts were pulled up and the bed looked as if it was made but the sheets were shoved up under the pillow. In the hall bathroom i was helping my great nephew going potty and lifted the seat...there was poop stains at the connectors. In the room with bunk beds...one of the bunks was missing on the top. Looked like it had been torn off. They left jagged pieces of wood attached with screws on the rail where it looked like it was torn off. We took those off so our kids that were staying in that room would not injure themselves. Why did they not do this? plus now we have less than the beds advertised. Electrical outlets without covers on them... But the worst of the worst?(could it be any worse?) In the other king bedroom the quilt that covered that bed....had a stain on it...it was obvious as to what that stain was...im not kidding...i have a picture. Never again will i rent of condo from this host. Reading back older reviews seems like cleanliness or lack of any at this condo was a huge issue.

Location & views excellent. Steps to beach & pool. The condo in itself was large & spacious for our family needs. 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Cleanliness is an issue. Could use a deep clean every once in awhile. Mainly, ck bed linens (worn-out), bed spread had stains & have pillows (needed in master, we bought new). Also change out personal white towels. Worn-out too. I would go back to this condo but be better equipped with supplies.

Property was really lovely!! Lots of sleeping arrangements and comfortable furniture!! Stunning

This property is a 10/10 Renting through VRBO is super easy; makes me feel like a travel agent! The only "issue" we encountered were the Fruit/May flies that we found residing in the kitchen. However, they didn't follow us around, bite us, or hamper our enjoyment of our Family Vacation. Master Bedrokm has a split kind adjustable bed! The LR furniture reclines Bunk room has a surprising amount of storage and sleeping space!!

Property wasn’t as clean as I would expect. Very dusty, counters hadn’t been wiped off, bedding was stained / old, floors and rug were dirty. Also, balcony bars were bent, so plywood boards were put up in front of some of the railings. In addition, there is currently Construction just below the balcony, so it was loud each day, making the balcony less enjoyable.

Amazing Views!

The views from this unit are AMAZING! We enjoyed all of the extra touches such as: the signature book, sea shells to write on and great couches! All of the beds were comfortable and you had access to everything you may need! Our only concern is the attention to fine detail in cleaning. The cleaning crew had left out equipment, sand was all over (which I am sure is difficult to get it all up) and the showers weren't cleaned the best.

Very easy to rent. The condo had so much dust on the fan and cabinet shelves. The air conditioner filter needs changed very dirty. Great location pictures deceiving because of mirrors on the walls

Nice weekend!

The condo was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Cleanliness was not good. Shower doors hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Lots of hair on top of shower drain. Second bath shower liner was dirty and mildewed. Dusty, nightstand and kitchen counter tops and fronts of appliances weren’t clean. After I cleaned our stay was great!

Orange Beach

The property had not been cleaned when we got there. We had to stay outside while they cleaned. They only spent about 30 minutes cleaning the entire condo so not much deep cleaning. It was about 6:00pm before were able to get in the condo. There was only one key to the condo so we had to make sure that we didn't leave the key inside when leaving each time. The pool and beaches were great.

Awesome space and location

We loved our stay in Orange Beach. Our unit was clean, the furniture in the LR was especially comfortable and so were the beds, and the views were amazing. My only suggestion would be decals in the hall bathtub. It is very slick and my mother who is 77 almost fell but luckily was able to catch herself. We placed a towel in the bottom of the tub which resolved the issue but something less messy and permanent would be safer. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great view and balcony

Unit was nicely decorated with a wonderful view! The cleanliness was lacking upon arrival. The floors were covered in sand and many areas looked untouched. The bathrooms were clean, but it was obvious that regular cleaning of other areas (kitchen, walls, ceiling, furniture) wasn't being done. This might be an issue the owner is not aware of. Charging a cleaning fee for each rental occurrence and cleaning not being performed is a problem.
