Welcome to this stylish, comfortable king suite in the heart of Rapid City — perfectly located just a 9-minute walk from Monument Health, a 4-minute drive from Main Street Square, and minutes from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Whether you're visiting for medical reasons, exploring the Black Hills, attending a university event, or traveling for business, this cozy retreat has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

THE SUITE
This warm and inviting lower-level suite features a private entrance and dedicated driveway parking right out front — no stairs, no hassle. Inside you'll find a plush king bed with quality linens for a great night's sleep, a cozy living area with a beautiful electric fireplace and smart TV, and a second Roku TV in the bedroom for added comfort.

For simple meal prep, the suite is equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and mini fridge — perfect for heating up meals, making coffee, and keeping snacks and drinks on hand. A dedicated workspace with fast WiFi makes this a great option for remote workers and business travelers too.

Blackout shades ensure a peaceful night's sleep no matter what time you arrive, and the electric fireplace creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere year-round. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable in summer.

PARKING & ACCESS
One dedicated driveway parking space is included directly in front of the suite entrance. Self check-in via keypad — your code will be sent prior to arrival.

PLEASE NOTE
This is a lower-level suite in a residential home. The upper unit is also a vacation rental and operates independently — you may occasionally hear some light noise from above, though most guests find this is rarely an issue.

Great location to stay at if you’re looking to be near a lot of attractions, trails, and city life still. Jennifer was absolutely amazing and was great at responding and helping us out with an item we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend staying with here!

Great Stay!

The property was very convenient for my extended stay in Rapid City. It is a basement room but there was no noise from above. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything that I needed. Parking is great! It's off the street right by the house.

Host was condescending, insensitive, & rude. In addition she commented about our state as having a high crime rate. I’m still scratching my head regarding that comment! I have never experienced this kind of behavior before. Being a host of a vacation rental myself I’m lost for words!

You never stayed here what on earth are talking about. You screamed at me for you not canceling your own reservation. Proceed with how rich you were and acted like a spoiled baby who doest take care of his own things. As a host you also yelled at the vrbo rep and said this is why you don't use their site anymore.

Not Happy With This Property

This property was clean and the property manager was very responsive. The property was hard to get into and located on a busy street. It is a downstairs apartment and we could hear the upstairs tenants. The key pad on the property door wasn't working. So we didn't feel that our belongings were safe. The price that we paid was not worth it. Warm showers and an awkward bathroom. We would not recommend this place to future guests.
