Offering a private, covered lanai with treetop views and a warm and colorful interior, this single-level Kona condo will keep you coming back year after year. Drive north on Ali'i Drive to the Pier (the starting point of the Ironman World Championship) as well as beaches, shops, restaurants, and more. For those interested in snorkeling, whale watching, or fishing, charter a boat from Honokohau Small Boat Harbor just four-and-a-half miles away. And don't forget to sample, tour, and taste the wares at Kona Brewing Hawaii, less than two miles from your door.

Open your sliding glass doors and enjoy the visiting trade winds each and every morning while you prepare breakfast in the well-equipped, full island kitchen. Dine side-by-side at the counter, and then relax in the living area or outside on your lanai. Guests will also enjoy access to a shared pool, and grilling area.

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
The pool will be closed for the entire month of October 2023 for the re-plastering of the pool and for pool deck repairs that are needed after the earthquakes last year. The BBQ grills, restroom, and cabana will remain accessible.

Stays over 28 nights may be eligible for a fee waiver.

Enjoyable stay

Had all the amenities we needed in unit and undercover garage for car. Complex has a beautiful pool and area and great location. Would stay again.

Great location

The property is just a few minutes walk from Kailua and Honl beach on Ali’i. Great lanai and furnishings. Private parking spot was very nice. I would book this property again.

Quiet and comfortable and just around the corner from "all the action."

This place is perfect for having a comfortable and quiet place to call home, but still being close to the shops and restaurants along Alii Drive.

Nice unit great decor

We stay in this great bldg all the time. First time in this unit no complaints very nice other than last minute checkin instructions and such early check out. Both unnecessary we owned and rented for 16 years and always gave guests more time

Kona Kondo

Stayed for 3 1/2 weeks (Dec 17-Jan 9) and this condo worked out very well. A 5 minute walk to the main strip, along the waterfront, in Kona. Complex was kept clean. Full kitchen and washer and dryer. Comfy bed.Two tvs which was nice. Bring your streaming services passwords.Would stay here again.

Great place to stay in Kona

We had a great visit to Kona. The condo was clean, conveniently located, and comfortable. Short walk to Kailua-Kona, short walk to Honl’s Beach for sunsets, kitchen was stocked with cookware and dishes, beach gear available to use, washer and dryer were nice to have, and the pool and ground da were well kept and felt safe. Parking a full size car in the assigned spot was difficult but manageable. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would stay here again.

Great location but no hot tub

For our first time here, this was a great spot to be. We did a lot of walking to downtown for breakfast and dinner and the all tourist stuff. They need to update their listing because there is NO hot tub. It says shared pool, but I think in the week we were here there was maybe 5 people in it, so it's pretty private. Quiet little condos. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

The unit came prepped with everything needed for the beach, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. It also had everything needed for the kitchen to cook meals. It is big enough to easily fit four people with the pull out couch and two full bathrooms and the parking included is great. Laundry in unit came in very handy and that was a nice addition.

Would recommend this place

This condo was very well stocked with everything you needed. Toilet paper paper towels,dish tabs, and lots of linens. It was quiet and enjoyed the lani. Entry into unit was easy. We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was nice working with Vacasa. Oh and I don’t want to forget a nice welcome gift.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Kona Pacific. The condo was fully equipped. It was walking distance to restaurants. The complex is quiet and the underground parking was a plus. The pool and grill area are nice. The pool was closed for 1 week while we were there which we did not fiind out until after we booked the unit but it gave us the chance to explore the island beaches. We Appreciated all the recreational equipment especially the beach chairs, boogie board and umbrella. All in all a great stay.

Clean, modern and relaxing

We felt comfortable from the beginning. Roomy and clean. It was great having the 2 bathrooms. Once we found the parking spot then it was very convenient. The spot is accessible by going past the third parking entrance. This spot is easy to maneuver in and out. There is a stairwell right near the spot. There is a clicker in the small bowl on the counter. We had to learn to hold it at the right spot for the gates open. We had a great stay.

Big island condo

Condo was close to the Kona shopping area. Very walkable. Everything was clean and quiet. We didn’t use the pool but we did take advantage of the grill. Our only hiccup was when we first arrived. Google maps takes you to the gated entrance which you cannot open until you have the gate remote. We could not figure out how to get in until running into some other folks with the same issue. Maybe I missed it but I didn’t see anything about getting around this issue in the check in instructions! Everything after that was great.

Be weary of this unit. Bugs are a problem.

Bugs are a big problem. I know most of the units at this property and this one is obviously not maintained with big control. Very disappointed.

Worst vacation experience ever…

Worst managed condo I’ve ever rented. I’ll never do business with anyone represented by them (Vacasa) ever again. It took me 2 days just to get ahold of someone about the TV not working. I had to unhook and unplug all the wires and cables, replug set it up again myself because every representative I talked to kept passing the buck saying they actually didn’t manage the particular condo I was renting. I fixed the problem myself. It took me 4 days to get someone to help me with the non functioning washing machine. The representative told me to go to the laundromat and do my laundry there and they would reimburse me later. Just what I want to do on my vacation. The icing on the cake was the next door condo being remodeled the last 4-5 days I was there and having to listen to the power tools and saws all day. No blinds at all on the living room sliding glass doors affording a feeling of zero privacy, especially at night…

Great place

I loved most everything about the condo. It had 2 air conditioners and several fans. The beach supplies were awesome. We used the little cooler almost every day for our day trips. The blue recliner chair was comfortable and I loved the bed.

Has everything you need and want!

Not only is this flat two short blocks from Konatown, it is stocked with amenities you would love to have but not expect: fully stocked cookware, dishes, coffee pot, toaster, beach chairs, beach towels, games, fans,AC, beautiful Hawaii furniture and prints. It’s fabulous!
