Property listing was accurate. Clean, well furnished with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, books, games and puzzles. Best beds in any VRBO I’ve stayed. Breathtaking views of the ocean, 3 min walk to beach with operating elevator to get up to 4 th floor. Called rental co for e bikes which were delivered and picked up after 24. Fun exploring the island and eateries. Helpful to have publications to check out activities, restaurants and some shopping. Great relaxing vacation and thank you for opening up your beautiful home.

We absolutely loved the location of this property overlooking the ocean and beach with the pool only a few steps away. The apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed. The patio balcony is a fabulous part of the property and we enjoyed sitting outside watching for dolphins and other wildlife. We had a wonderful vacation here.

Plenty of space for our group - 4 adults and 3 kids. Property grounds are beautiful and pool was nicely maintained. Beach was super wide and not crowded - and we went right during spring break! Property itself could use a little updating/deep cleaning but overall was a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The check-in process at the guard station was a little hectic since we went through VRBO and not the actual resort, but I was able to provide him with our confirmation email and he was able to find our information that way with the manager's name. The property itself was beautiful, clean, updated, and conveniently located to the pool and beach. The views from the condo were stunning and the sunrises and sunsets were incredible! We'd highly recommend this property to friends and family looking for a fun and comfortable getaway to Amelia!

Great villa, so beachy and new looking. Beds were comfy and so much space. Kitchen has everything you need. Lots of beach chairs, toys, and even umbrellas. The lanai is huge with seating for 7. Our only suggestions to make this villa even better would be to have the lanai swept and a new set of fry pans for the electric stove top. What a beautiful location with breath taking views from liters every window. We will be back! Great stay and the Omni has outstanding amenities for both young and old! Wow!
