This ground-level poolside studio combines comfort, convenience, and a touch of tropical charm. Step out onto your private patio for effortless access to the sparkling pool and nearby BBQ pits—ideal for lazy afternoons and delicious cookouts.
Designed to host up to four guests, the studio features a cozy queen-size bed and a convenient sofa sleeper, making it a great choice for couples, families, or a small group of friends. A fully equipped kitchen and full bath ensure you have everything you need for a relaxing, hassle-free stay.
Best of all, the beach is just steps from your front door, giving you the ultimate blend of sunny beach days and peaceful moments in the lush, tropically landscaped pool area.

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

The mattress on the bed was rock hard and was not comfortable at all. It seemed like it was the cheapest mattress possible and certainly slept that way. Also the pull-out couch was not really functional. Only 2/3 of the bed was at the same height. The bottom 1/3 of the bed was about 6 inches lower than the rest of the bed so that your feet were hanging lower all night long. One of us ended up having to sleep in the recliner all week because the pull-out couch was uncomfortable. If the owner would spend a little money on those two things, it would be a great little place to stay.

The location next to the beach with private boardwalk could not be beat. The bed was adequate and the AC worked well and quiet. The only quibble I have is with the miniscule bathroom, which would be a deal breaker for us for future stays

Room was good for the price clean and good location the only complaints we had was the mattress on the bed was horrible you could literally feel the springs poking you, the hot water ran out really fast and the drain in the tub didn’t close all the way it leaked the water out so taking a bath was hard .

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were both clean and well-maintained. Quiet hours were respected, which made for peaceful evenings, and the on-site security was friendly and helpful. The pool being covered at night felt safe and thoughtful. The AC worked well, and parking was super easy.Unfortunately, the stay was overshadowed by a few major issues. When we opened the pull-out bed, we found a live large roach inside. The host took a long time to respond and wasn’t able to offer a solution. The only solution was “request new sheets at the front.” We spotted more large roaches the following night, which was really unsettling. The pull-out mattress itself was also extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the springs all over.While we appreciated the location and amenities, the cleanliness and communication issues made this a disappointing experience overall.
